    Omg I just had my second BJJ class and I had to do this and couldn’t manage to do it in any way shape or form. Felt like such an idiot lol! Just tried it at home while watching your video and it worked, actually quite easy, thank you!

    I always end up rotating backwards it’s hard to get my hips high enough

      You can use the wall to help.

    im doing bjj for 4 years and i still struggle with this...i have neck issues and im pretty big...any suggestion how to improve my flexibility? I think my neck is the issue...i dunno

      It depends on what you mean by neck issues. But mobility in your hamstrings will go a long way to decrease the pressure on your low back and neck.
