@@ThespianPrince13 well he was still Anakin, remember he had just turned to a Sith so everything is still fresh in his mind but over the years he forgets his Anakin days and becomes a new person, Vader, also Vader showed mercy trying to convince her to join him in Rebels. So in a way he does care until she rejected his offer.
Vader and Anakin are different people. "Anakin was weak, I destroyed him". Even tho Vader was Anakin any aspect of him was gone, only Vader remained.

I agree, especially since Lord Vader often times showed a lot more patience with soldiers (and the remaining clones in general I think) who failed him once.
His habit of choking guys like Captain Needa (who actually did not deserve to die and was one of the few exceptional Officers) was because he disliked the officers, who Vader deemed to be pompous fools and incompetent cowards, unworthy of clemency or forgiveness.
I think the primary reason was his incompetence at the temple after Order 66, but the history just made the act more cathartic.
While I'm glad that Fox finally got his, I do wish that there had been one last confrontation between him and Rex. I can imagine Rex finally gets the killing shot on Fox, and standing over him he says "That was for Fives, you bastard."

Tbh, I like Commander Fox, he has an attitude that all the other clones don't have in regards to the Jedi, similar to that of Tarkin and the later Imperial Armed Forces, moreover, he also has a very cool paint scheme for his armour. However, by pushing Anakin's buttons, he sealed his fate with Vader.

low key ive always loved fox...more so because of his name and sweet looking design. most of his actions were due to palps' control over the clones so i gotta cut him some slack
So the interesting thing I noted from this video. Yes, I despise Fox, but it's no different than Dogma. He was chosen to do what he did because he valued orders more than lives.
What made the 501st and Wolf-Pack great is that being through many impossible battles and situation caused them to value life and to develop character which went beyond the cloning batches and regiment training.
Even Dogma gained character when faced with the consquences of his own actions. Fox only reinforced his jerk-status by remaining insulated from real danger, sitting behind blaster-proof glass on security detail.

Someone please answer this. During the events of Revenge of the Sith, were the clone shock troopers aware of Anakin/Vader's Identity ? Two shock troopers were seen accompanying Darth Sidious on mustafar when they stumbled upon the wounded Anakin/Vader. There were even more shock troopers seen on the platform where Vader was transported to when they've reached Coruscant for his suit surgery. But in this particular comic issue, the clones, surprisingly shock troopers, were stunned when Jocasta revealed Vader's identity to be Anakin Skywalker. I've always thought the clones knew of Anakin's transition to Darth Vader, especially when Anakin led the 501st legion during the Temple Raid. So it is in fact impossible to execute order 66 on Anakin Skywalker or Darth Vader for that matter due to fact that the highest authority, The Emperor himself, gave Anakin immunity from order 66 in the first place.
I think only the troopers who walked with Vader during the march on the Jedi temple knew who he was, then I think they had their suspicions once he got his suit but no troopers knew for sure if it was truly him after he got burned.
But some of the coruscant guards aka shock troopers were present when the wounded Vader arrived at Palpatine's Surgical Reconstruction Center. Palpatine even uttered, "There he is. He is still alive." when they found Anakin on mustafar. I'm pretty sure the shock trooper search party clearly knew who exactly they were looking for unless told otherwise by the Emperor. So Fox, being the commander of the shock troopers might also be informed of Vader's true identity ? Perhaps the shock troops as seen in this comic was from a newer batch of clones or simply were not present to know what transpired to Anakin?

Only the 501st knew about it other than the shock troopers. Everybody in the Galaxy, including the other clones and everybody, was told that Anakin was killed by Vader in the temple raid.
Palpatine said in his chambers to Anakin, "Hendeforth, you shall be known as Darth..... Vader." Even Yoda knew Anakin was Vader. So I assume the 501st knew who Vader was.

@@revanatictheplayer5120 Thats kinda harsh wouldnt you say? Sure he wasnt another Rex or Cody but when you really think about it, Fox shows a contrast too his fellow brothers. Cody had an unyielding loyalty to General Kenobi, Rex was a quick thinker and unorthodox loyal to general Skywalker (and Snips). Fox is a mirror of who he was loyal too, Tarkin/palpatine. As such he acquired the traits of a cold engine of logic and order. He didnt understabd the jedi, nor did he have a connection to them like the other clone commanders. He did however have connections to Tarkin and Palpatine which is very evident. If the others were developed under similar circumstances I'm sure the same wouldve happended to them. Thorn is a beast though

Fox probably would've bit the dust anyway when 1) Jocasta Nu revealed his identity to the clones which was equal measure of having to keep it secret and how Vader deals with anything tha reminds him of his old life. 2) When Jocasta's prize that she was carrying was revealed to be list of names and locations of force sensitive children. Clones ultimately answer to Palpatine and to keep that list from out of Palpatine's hands and stop rivals from emerging, the clones had to go.

@@Macelpro632 he was doing what he had to cause he was a good soldier, I can't blame him for doing his duty so I respect him for that.
