I have travelled from Chennai to ahemdabad in this train with waiting list ticket.. unforgettable memories...don't even know Hindi..but one Hindi baiya shared his side window seat with me upto ahemdabad...even I don't know Hindi I travelled very comfortably to ahemdabad and return to chennai..all North Indian people very helpful...but in daytime crowd was in sleeper coach also..excepted..😅but enjoyed very much

Be very careful before booking in this train. This train is always full and in high demand. Waiting list means forget it. It will never confirm. Sleepers are full with general ticket passenger, however its not completely their fault. Inspite of so much demand in the present route there is no new trains. I learnt this information from passengers who routinely travel in this train. From ahmedabad the train is overflowing with passengers till Vijayawada, forget AC coaches, all AC seats or atleast 90% booked from end to end means ahmedabad to chennai. All TTE invariably say there is no chance of finding seats and its true. The train starts from ahmedabad to surat and goes through the north maharashtra route full of ghats and forest. Its scenic but avoid this train if there is an option. Take trains that goes from ahmedabad to surat, kalyan, pune and secundrabad route. Thereafter reach chennai through other trains. If you book in online even WL 1 in AC may not be confirmed eventhough irctc shows 90% confirmation. From ahmedabad there is one and only direct train to chennai and that is this one. So beware of all these details before taking this train. Avoid this if there is option, even break journey is worth it. Never take risk in this train. Its not worth it

Naveen Kumar super excellent vlog coverage. Such long distance trains should have more Unreserved coaches. Just 2 Unreserved coaches are not enough. Noted that lot of unreserved passengers travelled in SLEEPER CLASS Coaches for short distance travel. Glad you ordered Parathas and Paneer gravy from pantry. Right Sharp curve will take the train towards Nagpur and Delhi route while the Right curve takes the train to Wardha jn, Badnera jn, Akola jn etc. Special thanks to you for setting the Alarm clock and getting up at 2.30 Am and showed us the Right curve as well as Wardha Jn. I have travelled in this train from may month regarding my work, at that time due to summer my first journey to chennai to ahmedabad was unforgettable heat, as u said many people will board using normal tickets to be frank andhra kaaranga decent, according to your video part 2 la sambavam irukka vaaipu irukku. 2 nd day morning Maharashtra crowd dha vechi seivaanunga, office going crowd paarapatchamae paaka maatanunga, thoongittu irukuravanga seat la chinna gap irundhaalum utkaarndhuduvaanunga. Till surat konjam kaduppa irukkum..
But idhuvum oru experience. Ennoda suggestion it's best to travel on ac coaches on navjeevan..

March 2020, we went to Ahmedabad by this train to see pancha Dwarka tour by Southern TRAVELS. .
March 20,we came by this train and reached Chennai Central on March 21,2020.
Next day March 22 , one day lock down started.
I feel happy that I travelled in this train.
Tomorrow we can see AMUL building from train in Gujarat.
