You are very clean with your cooking and tell us when a certain ingredient should be washed before chopping it up! Some people don’t know you have to sort through the beans and take out anything that is not a bean, wash them in cool water to get dust, etc. off, and then they can be cooked. You are a very good teacher and I watch all your videos! Thank you.

Thanks for the recipe. I made these beans tonight i used smoked turkey wings. It took a little longer because i used the dry beans instead of canned. They turned out very good.
I made a similar dish when I was last there in August, I added heavy cream for thickness, but now I know to mash the beans. A more economic technique 👌 💯

Some of you guys have inspired me to start my on channel. i had a stroke a few years back i wanted to start a homesteading content. we have lots of animals but my left leg isn't to good so have to use a cane left hand doesn't work at all so walking around with a Camra while doing my chores just doesn't work. lol but as i was watching some of you guys cook one day i thought what the heck i can cook and love cooking and talking. lol i can put the camera on a tripod so I'm gonna do it i made three little videos just fooling round talking cooking shared on face book got great feed bac so douwn loaded to you tube for a start pray for me pleas .

If you ever cannot find the smoke meat you want just use ground cloves spice to mimic the taste and flavor of smoked meat.
