I fucking love Orbital for lots of reasons, but I think the thing that I really love the most is that, 30+ years into their career, they are still at the absolute top of their game. This is one of my favourite Orbital tracks! How many bands can you say that about, 30 years in? Most bands, if they even survive 30 years, are just rehashing their past glory, and doing "album tours" for stuff they released in their heyday.

I listened to the Middle of Nowhere while run commuting to work today... what an ace album to start the day and witness the great outdoors with... when I got to work I wondered what my first ever 'favorite band' (Middle of Nowhere was the first album I asked for for my birthday) might be up to these days... which brought me here. Glad you're still making music; I look forward to any new releases in the coming months.
Glad Orbital still have the golden touch. Didn't realise they'd put out any new stuff recently. Another Aphex Twin album coming out soon too.... bloody marvellous! Just need Underworld and Leftfield to make something new now and I'll be a happy man.
Nice track guys! I like the use of reverse reverb, making it sound very spacious and lush. The use of melody reminds me of early work, a GOOD thing that. :)

Ok i admit it, im an old fart, i remember Orbital when Chime came out way back when the world was a very different place, more free, more fun, and they sound as good now as they did back then when electronic dance music was still a wee baby! Love this track, proper old school and unexpected, really do like this one, gosh i hope you bring another album out soon, we badly need some decent electronica if only to show the kids how it should be done =)

Michael Dye nope im not kidding, the original versions were great 25 years ago but even then the F. D. W mix sounded a little flat. Although it must be one of the most remixed tracks ever the style of the new version is a little more mainstream perhaps but if you've seen them recently at the Bluedot festival you will have noticed they've done the same thing to all of their old back catalogue. The 2017 version is unique in that it has a beautiful uptempo build in the middle, which played at a decent volume will give even the dead goosebumps I should think lol, Reminiscent of the original mix of Style from back in the day... p.s. it was originally released under the name Pied Piper "Kinetic" - Orbital Mixes" but was later reissued and remixed on R.S. as the Golden Girls....

As astounding as your whole bluedot set was, in my opinion surpassing Underworld the year before (high praise too since they are my favourite acts), this track was something else. Cant explain how many little flourishes of genius there were in their live show, no one track was the same as their album versions and this tune inatantly buried deep in to my mind and stayed there. thank you guys so much and ill see you december :) :) :)
Through dance & electronics, they really know how to get emotions going. Nobody else quite has it like they do. Followed them to as many shows as I could during the nineties and glad I did. Amazing memories. Thanks P&P! I do have to ask though, why have you named it Copenhagen? Is it a tribute to the City? There must be something underlining, a theme? Is it something to do with Quantum Mechanics?
I'm 23 years old so I've been only part of the new generation of electronic music but I respect this as an amazing track. With the old structures and vibes powered by new technology Orbital created some great art.
