@@LeoMoscatelo you should totally make a video showing how to cleanly isolate the drums from the song theres ALOT of people who would watch that. wouldnt even need to talk just a video of the process would do
@@BedPanAlley It's a loop, I've heard Mick and Lindsey explain this several times over the years and it's explained in long detail in Ken Calliat's book about "Rumours" (Page 146-7). It's not a loop like today's digital loops. They recorded one minute of Mick on tape and then cut that tape, made a physical loop of it and then added the rest. @MatVenture too...

@@williamlynd3052 well… egg on my face. It certainly doesn’t sound like a loop though. Usually loops are only a bar to 4 bars. Having one minute doesn’t really seem like a loop though. It’s more like cut and pasting a large part of the song to get a consistent take. It’s similar, but not the same. Them calling it a loop is a bit of a misnomer.
Great drummer.Love his crash on two after the fill and the little random open high hats. Thanks for this ❤
This hits hard
Thanks 🎶⭐️🙏🏽
Whats up, Leo Moscatelo. absolutely riveting video. thank. :)
Hi, I'm glad you like it, thanks!
Is there a white noise on the snare? It's such a cool bizarre sound.
It's true.
reverb
No. But the cars first album has that?
And she caused a scene!
Are you recreating it with a daw or did you lift it off the original tracks?
Sounds great!
Do you have the midi available for sale?
It's the original track, I don't have midis.

everyone is aware that Dreams features mostly a loop right? done in the days before digital! - pretty amazing
How is this a loop? You can hear all the variations in Mick's playing
You’re confusing this with Toto’s Africa. There are no loops happening on Dreams.
