@Jempa24 nothing makes sense! 1st- the 2nd charges dropped because the 2nd woman was dead...that's it just dead... I've got questions about that.. 2nd just becuase he ( the Sheriff) was in this lawsuit, doesn't make sense to shoot him daed in the courthouse in Mullins's own chambers at that, especially with that reasoning for a lawsuit. 3rd Mullins has to be shady, how does a judge since 2009 NOT know what was occurring in his chambers...for 6 months!

When it first happened, it was stated that the judge was messing around with his underage daughter, However it has been reported in the last 2 hours that one of the deputies was using his power/title to take advantage of people to keep them out of jail (by molesting them and other similar acts) and the Sheriff had failed to train this deputy correctly

My experience, I was a Forest Ranger got assulted CHP off duty there did nothing, ran into the tent to hid, County DA did care to fire charges. Three times in small claims court, judges rulled incorrectly. After a deposition, lawyer was given a thub drive with information, but never reterned it to me. I complained to the local and state bar, they did not care.
The only way to bring things back to a semblance of sanity is to put God back in all areas of everyone’s lives! If we don’t, Satan will continue to devastate life.

Point is nobody really knows what happens until it's investigated and the facts of the case are released.
