@@buhdahto My guess the prosecutor for the county is friends with the sheriff as is common most places. This is why most never get prosecuted. Prosecutor refuses to move on the case. It goes away unless you get some national media attention then an outside agency will come in and investigate because the prosecutor refuses to do his job. He will claim conflict of interest if put on the spot. But he won't suggest an outside agency such as the state police come in and investigate. It will take public out cry to make that happen. If it were you or I we would be sitting jail with no bond for the rest of our days.
