Kentucky town rocked as sheriff jailed in killing of prominent judge

Residents of an Appalachian town are shocked after a Kentucky judge was gunned down in his courthouse chambers and a sheriff is under arrest. Kentucky State Police say the preliminary investigation indicates Letcher County Sheriff “Mickey” Stines shot District Judge Kevin Mullins multiple times following an argument.
