      @@MichaelsKitchen 是啊,我没回去佛山但是靠记忆知道怎么做这道菜不过我有小小的改良,我是把鸡跟柱侯酱一起焖让味道更深入鸡肉里面,我从小跟我妈咪一起学做饭所以大概都懂她所说的我们自己的家乡菜,不过有很多都忘记了。

    Hi Michael, great video! I love chu hou sauce, I just used it to make Cantonese braised beef, it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten! Do you know any other recipes that use chu hou sauce?

    Thank you for this recipe, I have food intolerances so I can't use the chu hou sauce available in the shops, now I can make my own! It would be helpful to have a few more instructions in English (for instance, I wasn't sure how long to cook it for before adding the 5 spice & sugar etc) but I think I can figure it out!
    How long does this keep in the fridge, please?

      After ginger, garlic and shallot, he added the bean paste.
      The dark paste in the upper right container when he shows all the condiments and ingredients

    請問麵豉醬、磨豉醬、黃豆醬、味噌這些東西是不是一樣的呢?

      飞!这些酱都有一样的原料(黄豆),又因产区的不同有不同的名字与用途,味噌是日式的黄豆酱是岭南以北各地的叫法,磨豉是经过磨制滑身的,而面豉酱是带粿粒(老一代人的呌法)

      Fengyi :磨豉醬較為幼滑,黃豆醬較粗糙。

      您好!磨豉醬與豆豉是不相同的,它是黃豆製成(亦有人呌做黃醬,)所有亞洲超市有售、名字就是磨豉醬或原磨豉、顏色是土黃色的。
