    Quick question. For winter break. Do you have to pack your stuff and move it out or is it only at the end of the spring quarter that you have to pack back home?

      You keep your stuff in the dorms over winter break! You move out completely at the end of spring quarter :)

    How would you say the internet is at the dorms ? Would you say I need an Ethernet cable ?

      @JoliNoelleDavid  4 года назад +3

      I didn't use an Ethernet cable and the wifi was always reliable for me! :)

    How are the beds decided? Do you guys just decide amongst yourselves or does the college assign you a bed

    Ik this video is 2 years old but I'm hoping you respond ! But could ypu share how long holiday breaks are? Like thanksgiving, winter, etc?? I've tried looking up a calendar but it's not very helpful

    • @JoliNoelleDavid
      @JoliNoelleDavid  2 года назад +7

      Hello!:) thanksgiving is typically only one day off (but it’s always on a Thursday so most people take Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for break too). Winter quarter ends a week and a half into december, so winter break is usually from December 10-January 3, about a month. Summer break is the longest break, spring quarter ends around June 9 and fall quarter begins again September 22, so summer is almost 4 a month break! I hope this is helpful ☺️

      @@JoliNoelleDavid this was super helpful!! It's awesome that winter break is 3 weeks! So basically when the quarter ends you can go home?

    how were you able to request a roommate? was it in your housing app or just through the roommate search and setting up a roommate group?

    • @JoliNoelleDavid
      @JoliNoelleDavid  2 года назад +2

      You are able to request specific roommates through the housing application-just be sure that both of you puts down each other's names!

      you can request a single dorm, but the price will be more expensive. also because of covid they only offer single dorms right now :)
