      Hi CarToq, i am kuldeep prajapati from ahmedabad, gujarat. i have subscribed your channel just before 2 days & my favorite videos are your fuel economy run. I am a car lover & owning the vitara brezza.I bought it specially for space & fuel economy. & as you mentioned in your videos that the cars display has locked figures for fuel economy, here it is 30kmpl in brezza. i got that figure many times on highway even with a.c. on, & i do feel that it gives more then 30kmpl. i also tried to measure it by tank to tank filling, but not by the ultimate way you guys do, i just filled up at petrol pump before & after the run. so its my humble request to you guys,please do the fuel economy run test on Vitara Brezza.It would be great watching brezza delivering more then 30 kmpl.Thanks in advanced.

    Honda's 1.5 I-DTEC Common Rail Diesel Engine truly is a great blend of fuel efficiency and powerful and slick performance. It's torque curve is much flatter than it's competitors, Honda tends to pair it with tall geared gearbox, very rev-happy till 3800 RPM and offcourse 6th gear in the Jazz, City, WRV.
    It also uses low friction parts and low viscosity oil for smoother and more efficient combustion and also uses an all aluminum deck to shed weight, compared to regular cast iron.

      @@CarToqVideos Brother, everyone in India now has a tendency of buying an SUV more than any other vehicle.
      So,all I have to say is,if by some chance,you get your hands on the ford endeavour 3.2 4*4 titanium,and if you could do a video on the mileage that it gets,it would be so encouraging for more and more buyers to enter into the big suv world.
      I obviously own one of it,but I'm not good at driving in a sedate manner.
      I truly love to see how much that big beast's engine can do.

    Please do the same review with XUV 500. We own one as it is a fuel saver. We once went to Bangalore from Kollam kerala , a distance of 650 kms climbing hills and all via Kollam-Thenmala-Madurai-Salem-Bangalore with fully loaded ( 6 people and their Backpacks ) and the trip computer showed 14.5 kmpl avg but when we calculated it via fuel brim its actually 15 plus even though the car was at full capacity by person and load. In usual drives in city i get about 12kmpl and in highways i get 18+. The trip computer does not cross 18kmpl at any instance. In Kerala we dont have nice roads as like Yamuna Xpress way. Please do a economy test.

      @CarToqVideos  6 лет назад +1

      Yes - the trip computer in the XUV does not go below 9 or over 18. Bunny owns a 2013 XUV AWD and he says he will do a run on that soon. Its done 1.2 lakh km but nevertheless :-D

      How's cabin noise

    • @AkshayNariyani
      @AkshayNariyani 6 лет назад

      peter Judge I don’t really find Honda diesel to be that noisy to be very honest. Definitely far less noisy than Suzuki and VW but yeah it can’t match Hyundai’s level. Suspension sound enters the cabin most of time which is a down side but overall a nice cabin experience considering the space and comfort Honda offers.

    Am getting 13kmpl for city 2011 petrol car. Any suggestions please

    • @CarToqVideos
      @CarToqVideos  6 лет назад

      We agree that for city usage (in-town), economy will drop. For example, Bunny gets about 22-24kmpl in the City diesel in flowing traffic but same comes down to 18 when traffic is a lot (rush hour commute). So if you are getting 13 in town / traffic, it is very good. The petrol City can deliver 20+ on highway at speeds of 80-85 easily

    This is fake, the reading in the trip meter is always false, it always gives very high figures when the tank is full.
    I have tried this with my Honda amaze. But the real millage is less

      why do we blindly accept everything the manufacturers have to offer may it be the mileage indicator or even the diesel tank indicator ? is it just because we pay in Lakhs ?
      Has anyone cross calibrated the working of these mileage equipments ?
      its a machine n it will go bad in time.. shouldn't they the calibrated regularly ?

      @d4dracula2010 6 лет назад +5
