    You could get some plastic drawers (small) and put them underneath Miley's desk and she can keep her craft stuff in them. It would be a little more organized and easy access for her, just an idea.

    • @FieldsFullHouse

      That is a great idea! Why didn't I think of that! LOL! The desk was given to us and I know she has mentioned wanting something else too with drawers. But that would help in the mean time! Thanks!

    I'm so glad I watched this. We are putting a triple bunk in a room with 8ft ceiling as well and I have been wondering if it would work. Are they able to sit up on it? I'm thinking of putting my 5 year old on the top since he's the smallest. It looks like the same amount of room as the bottom and middle bunks get though.

    • @FieldsFullHouse
      @FieldsFullHouse  4 года назад

      Our triple bunk is the same amount of head room on each bunk. We did it that way on purpose. Miley (8 years old) is on the top bunk and she can almost sit up. Payton was on the top for about a year (11 years old) they haven’t complained and I have asked them many times (bc I was worried about them too) if they are ok up there and they always said yes. I think some kids like small spaces! Lol!
      For our family the kids mostly only sleep in their rooms. So it has worked well! Hope that helps!

    Also I like a lot of the changes you have done it seems a lot less cluttered and mashed up together (not judging I love you and your family, but I know large families come with a lot of stuff and I am definitely more of a minimalist).

    • @FieldsFullHouse
      @FieldsFullHouse  4 года назад +2

      Thank you! Yes we got rid of a TON of stuff! We could still get rid of a good bit from the boys room and the middle girls room... I'm not a minimalist lol! Obviously! LOL! I have enjoyed having less and am constantly trying to get rid of more.

    • @sarahbenz.h4647
      @sarahbenz.h4647 4 года назад

      You are doing great!! Seeing all those happy kids is enough!!
      I have always been a minimalist but I married a hoarder and its been a struggle but he has pretty much given up because as I slowly get rid of stuff we don't use/need our home has been more and more comfortable and easy to clean. I only have 4 so far and since they are young its still up to me what is kept and what goes out, I think my kids take after me though they definitely appreciate a more organized and empty space vs clutter.

    • @FieldsFullHouse
      @FieldsFullHouse  4 года назад

      Opposites attract! My husband and I had a bad habit of hanging onto a ton of stuff (we still tend to keep too much) this past year I have been so DONE! Lol! It’s been freeing. I think our girls being older helps too bc they don’t want to keep much anymore.

    I am fairly new to your channel, so point me to a video if you already talked about this. Do your kids that share rooms all have the same bedtimes? This is one of our biggest struggles with room sharing. If we, for example, try to put a 5 year old to bed earlier than a 10 year old it is all kinds of trouble with the 4 year old. Have you had these struggles? We just had #7 and are doing another room switch very soon, lol. I learned from your kid name video that I have the opposite gender order kids from you, if I am remembering right. Mine are b (almost 14), b (almost 12), b (10), g (7), b (5), g (3), and b (4 months).

    • @FieldsFullHouse
      @FieldsFullHouse  4 года назад

      Yes! That is the hard part of kids sharing a room and nap time is hard! I separated for naps and used my room for one kid.
      For bedtime we stagger the bedtimes for the most part. Sometimes the little ones throw a fit about going to bed earlier but after being consistent they get use to the routine.
      Not gonna lie I don’t like bedtime! Lol! It’s a lot of work... Nathan is stricter and handles that battles mostly. 😜

    • @FieldsFullHouse
      @FieldsFullHouse  4 года назад

      Congratulations on your new baby! And too funny that we have the opposite gender!

    • @FieldsFullHouse
      @FieldsFullHouse  4 года назад +2

      Sorry one more comment... when things are really bad at bedtime with the little kids/toddlers. Nathan and I will take turns and sit in the room with the kids that need to go to bed. We know they are tired they just need to sit still long enough to fall asleep. We sit in the dark. No talking, no eye contact... just sit in there and they know they have to stay in bed. It usually only takes under 20 minutes and they are out!

    Shalom & love. I come in love, but not love as the world has, but the love of the Messiah, as one betrothed to Him. I am thankful for your earthly husband. He is real and not pretentious. But I encourage ya'll to consider making the TURaH your focus of choice. And by that I mean what Yah tells us in the TURaH, that we are to speak of the TURaH going and coming, getting up and going to bed, at the door, at the fence posts. Twice I saw games he was playing that promoted machismo and not TURaH living. These were, 1) encouraging Jackson to swallow his sandwich (?) or food(?) in one bite. The game was subtle, at the dinner table, but the message was a promoting of the worldly view of manhood; and 2) the game where one stops a money bill with their forehead, on a wall. The potential is to knock one's head or nose into said wall. What of the TURaH is in such a game? It is fleshy and the opposite of what the head of the home, under the Messiah and under the Creator, is to promote. Again, I come in love, but many are offended by my lack of ignoring the world. When I see the world, being done by Christians, I call to my brethren in Christ, the Messiah, wake up. Righteousness of the TURaH, though it may seem nerdy or uncool, is the mark we are to aim for. In fact, in ancient Hebrew, TURaH means shooting the arrow and hitting the mark.

    • @FieldsFullHouse
      @FieldsFullHouse  4 года назад

      Thank you! I see why you say that. My husband is very playful and of it is done in fun!

      @@FieldsFullHouse Amen.

    • @ginarios9442
      @ginarios9442 4 года назад

      And by Amen, I mean of the meaning of the ancient, meaning "mighty matters," not the modern meaning, "truly." Ask Yah to show you spiritual matters, calling the Name of His Son. I know someone who had a seemingly innocent necklace in the bathroom Me, it was me) and it said I,R,I,S, established in 1917. It was a mardi gras necklace and that Iris, established in 1917 is a group of all-women group, who were the first to do a day parade. They were rebellious or just ignorant, as that group was named after the false goddess of the rainbow. If you read Revelation, you see this rainbow is above the throne of either Yah or His Son, I cannot recall at this time. This evil false goddess (demon) lure women to evil and certainly was influencing the teenage girl, who lived in said home. The teen got the necklace from another, a school teller (call no one teacher) or a friend. So let me encourage you, if we pray for our family members and for others, and for friends and their households, we are not counting them as evil, we are praying for them to be overcomers. The playfulness of your earthly husband needs modification, so it is more play and less lording over. Amen. Also, clear some idols from your house and you will see people less burdened. I am continuing to repent because I am lacking. I am lacking and look to Yah to burn out of me my flesh and to help me call out demons in me, in the Name of His Son. AMN. How can we be overcomers if we deny that people are lacking in righteousness? (Rhetorical question.) We all are lacking in righteousness. We see our unrighteousness if we are reading a Restored-Name Scriptures. The TURaH contradicts our natural ways, so repentance is a way of life. It is not a bad thing, but a necessary overcoming, as Shaul talked much about in the latter writings.
