- Today we are sharing with you guys, How we named our 9 kids! I love hearing how other families came up with their kids names. We have a few unique middle names for our kids that may surprise you! Naming kids is a big responsibility and can take a lot of time to come up with the best name for each child. Having a large family has made naming babies a little harder too!

We’re pregnant with number 7 and have 6 girls (Hoping to find out this baby’s gender in a few weeks). We went more traditional and have Abigail Paige, Scarlett Rae, Rosalie Kate, Eleanor Mae, Lilliana Faye, and Juliette Belle. We also like to keep the first letters different. Makes life so much easier!

Yes! My daughter is Kensey and when we announced her name we got a lot of Mackenzie no just Kensey my dad is Kenny and my grandmother suggested Kenley and my SO didn’t like it so I found Kensey lol but then we have Avalina and call her Ava so she will have the opposite problem

my youngest son, his name was decided when my husband was working and seen it on a street sign, Branson, and I loved it.
Can't wait to hear baby girl's name!! Maybe you could do a scavenger hunt with the kids and the letters then let them unscramble it! ( Maybe pre-recorded so it can come out after she's born)

You two are really sweet. My husband puts sugar on everything spaghetti, sugared cereal needs more sugar. I'm a momma to 8 and I love the process of naming a sweet baby. I tend to like more traditional, old names but flowy even for a boy. And I prefer names that start with vowels.

I have 7 kids and all mine have a different initial as well! That is so neat to see another large family have that “theme” as most themes are same letter. It makes labeling soooo much easier! We have an Olivia Courtney, Peyton Joel, Natalie Evelyn, Cooper James, Elizabeth “Ellie” Doris, Madison Lee, and Levi Bennett.

I have four children all adults naming was fun. But had to be so diplomatic. Rebecca Beryl Eileen , Elizabeth Victoria Marie, Christopher Daniel Robert and Hannah Frances Ianthe Rebecca has her grandmothers names in the middle and Christopher has his grandfathers middle names.

I remember a family growing up whose son's middle is actually ESPN. And my best friend ever actually did change her daughter's after she was born from Lily to Emily. I remember that clearly because I had bought and mailed a baby with the Lily on it and mailed it fo them. I found out when she called to thank me for the gift and told me " oh, by the way, that is no longer her name" lol

I also like how you went back to names you had liked for other babies, personally I choose 2 different names for each baby then they just loose their appeal when I am pregnant again.
We have the hardest time agreeing as well, and we don't do middle names so its just the one name. But I have 2 names that I have chosen for a future baby (I have had 2 losses sadly but I still have hope that there are more babies waiting for us).

Nine kids in our family. Loved it
Some of siblings hated it. Mom lost three. All named after saints. They were devout Catholics. Raised four of own and one of my brothers. Loved being a mom and love being a grandmother. Going to be a great grandmom pretty soon if granddaughter's hints are real.

Such cute names! We have had so many names picked out in the past but seem to change them once I’m pregnant. We’re having baby number 5 and I’m pretty sure we have the name but I’m not 100% yet at 37weeks.

It seems like prefer names that can be used for boys or girls. I can't wait to hear baby #10 names . Also I have 5 sons 3 daughters. All 5 boys have Roman middle names due to my husband's love of biblical history.

Baby name suggestions for baby #11. After watching the video on how you guys picked all the kids names, Jessica liked Eli for their first boy but didn’t use it. Since no one has an “E” name above are two choices. Also Nathan loved the name Legend for Drews middle name but since you guys didn’t use it and as he said in that video “maybe we’ll have another boy” here’s his chance ☺️ Posting this on multiple videos, prayers you guys catch it! Love you all’s big family! ❤️
We have a Logan, and we named him such BECAUSE of Wolverine, lol! We just couldn't agree on a name and we were watching that movie, and both said "LOGAN!".

That's funny. Our sixth child's nickname is Six! ..her grandpa calls her that. Lol Also we tried to do the every child has a different name initial...but number 7 came and i really loved Lillian even tho we already had a Leah. 😊

My husband and I had settled a girl name for our first daughter. But the next day when it was time to fill out paperwork for her birth certificate I changed it on the spot. I never was keen on the first name but since my husband agreed to my the middle name I thought it was only fair to let him pick her first name. My husband wasn't at the hospital at the time. So when he called her X name I said I am sorry but I changed her name to Y name. I thought he would be mad but he actually like it her name.
Now that’s hilarious!!!! We have joked around about doing that to each other!

You should use NBA = Not sure spelling In + Be + Aye maybe ? So Maybe something like Inbeaye no that don’t work Inbeai not quite right either o’well you get the idea. Inba ? Make a unique middle name for a girl. Its to close to ameba for a first name in my opinion but would work to satisfy daddy’s sports obsession lol.

Fields Full House Hahaha! Yes... his legal name! My husband’s family is from and live in Mexico. They named him Danger (said in Spanish, of course... “Don-hair”.) But yes, his name is Danger. His dad saw the word on the side of a bottle of chemicals and said, “that’s what we’re naming our son!” 😳. My bro-in-law is 40 now... and, nope, they didn’t pass down the name to their kids. 😁

My kids are j,k,l,m. Boys middle and last initial are the same and daughters first and middle are the same. Our 8mo is memphis (not a fan but told hubby he could name him) hubby initially wanted maverick and I said no it reminds me of a cigarette he said no its from top gun. Goes to his friends that night and comes back saying I dont like maverick it is a cigarette 🙄👊 I do like maverick better than memphis lol

I want to come visit y’all. I think your husband and mine would get along well. I know that you, Jessica & myself would. We only have two kids. Jonathon (is from the Bible of course) Kevin (daddy’s middle name) Beamon (our last name), he’s 25. If he would have been a girl. I was thinking Casandra Leigh or Heather Joy. But my husband didn’t like that. So almost 4 years later we had our daughter. Courtney (I named her that) I wanted a Bible name but at the time I didn’t really like any of them that good. Grace (she’s named after my mama). I wanted to name her something else. But my mama said if you have a girl you have to name her after me. So I was like ok. My husband is very laid back so he went for it. Beamon. So there you have it. LOL

Beautiful names: my oldest daughter is Grace Elizabeth, my 2nd daughter is Love Lee, and my 3rd daughter is Heaven Harmony. We finally just had a boy 1 month ago his name is Zion Immanuel, and I have always had that name picked out (never thought I would have boy lol) and honestly that is the only boy name I had/have lol.
