#1: Like your vids, they are great. #2 Critique: More possessions per game than 20 years ago. Do it per 100 posessions. ~ You will get roughly identical results but does lower PPG/AST/RBDS... and #3: They allow players to travel today compared to how game was ref'd 20 years ago effectively allowing 3 steps instead of 2. Also there effectively is no such thing as a charge today and they also allow offensive players to push off as well compared to 20 years ago. I will also note that the 3s in the paint rule is not being enforced now that Shaq is out of the league, though I did see a ref starting to count Jokic the other night... so teams are starting to complain to refs regarding the Joker camping sometimes. The Greek Freak from what I have watched does not have the 3s in paint problem that I have seen. That being said, 20 years ago far fewer 3s and spacing on court was much denser so getting pass into low post was more difficult and did not allow as many driving ~layups as today. Its frankly amazing how much the game has changed from even 10 years ago, let alone 20. --> A homeless Supersonics Fan... Keep up the great work man!
i would agree that giannis is in the MVP conversation, but I don't think this season he deserves it. it should go to either luka or shai before him, but I do agree that he should've won MVP last season over Embiid and that the NBA is mysteriously hiding him.
