Problem with this sort of analysis is that it doesn’t take into account the strength of the opposition. The Celtics are that dominant over the Eastern conference. They play a hell of a lot more bad teams a hell of a lot more times. If you’re just looking at games won, it doesn’t account for the fact that everyone in the west is playing way harder opposition a lot more often
