Thank you for the snacks video, I will definitely try the cheese snacks as I have been carnivore for 4 months. I have also been binge watching your videos. I am subscribed to the tv and iPad but I always check the tv subscription as sometimes it says not subscribed. Thank you.
Sharon……😮 the pepperami clip, bloody hilarious 😂 I was pis**ing myself 😂😂😂😂😂 Definitely right though….they are NOT the same as they used to be at all 😮
Hi Sharon Hi Martin i burst out laughing when you martin were showing us the pepperoni plastic 😂i saw yousharon trying not to laugh, then Martin says shes still got that cough, yeah because you were going upand down with the plastic 😂😂 i know exactly what Sharon was thinking LOL 😂😂😂😂😂 OH NO I'VE SPILT MY COFFEE WHOOPS 😂😂😂❤❤
Ill def try the cheese thingys in the air fryer oven, will sprinkle things over, maybe herbs. Agree with you about the fridge raiders, yuk! Thanks for the info! X
When I make the Emmental Crisps, I pre heat the Air Fryer then sit the Cheese in without turning on for a couple of minutes to slightly melt, stops them blowing about then cook on 170 for 8 mins might need a couple more. Thank you for all your recipes and tips. Xxx
Sharon you’re a scream 😂 some great ideas thank you so much both!! Martin never change 😊 😂 you two are funny 😅 but have lots of great tips! I look forward to all your adventures together xx
Iv just bought the Daewoo microwave airfryer combo and love it. I will try those cheese crisps ☺️ You have converted me to air fryers. Love your cooking vlogs
M&S sell bags of crispy chorizo and Prosciutto, kind of like a meat crisp, I found them in the sandwiches and crisps section, they are quite nice. I’ve made Parmesan crisps but now gonna try Sharon’s leerdamer crisps. The pepperoni and Sharon’s reaction (not the coughing) to the nifty packet made me laugh out loud. Then the unexcited cheese 😂, too much Sharon, too much. Another great Vid, thanks both of you.
After visiting the Ragged Apron for a 10/10 breakfast yesterday, no need for snacks. Thank you for the recommendation guys. Will definitely try your snacks another day.
I enjoyed this. Your lovely doggies are so patient, beautiful. I love pork scratchings but the teeth can't take them anymore. Ha ha. I put thin sliced streaky bacon in the air fryer crisps it all up and eat them like crisps. Thank you both and your furry boys.
What a great video l love baby bells and pork scratching but the cheese sounds great l am going to try it thank so much for sharing God's blessing to all your family x ❤
Have to agree about the fridge raider I hate the smell of those things urgh! Will be definitely trying the cheese crisps, great video again guys certainly more entertaining than the England match
Love this video, so easy to keep a couple of ice blocks in the freezer and have an insulated lunch bag to hand to take your own snacks. I tried fridge raiders once, never again, firstly, as you say, they are not chicken and there was gristle which makes me retch. Now, if I fancy a meaty snack after shopping I just buy the roasted chicken pieces from the cold cabinet 😋 I also think the paparami sticks aren’t what they used to be either, my kids used to love them and I liked them too, but not now 😝. Maybe sprinkle a little onion powder as well as salt and pepper on the cheese Sharon, I am definitely trying those 😋😋😋❤❤
Been on keto for a year now my snack is salted peanuts KP are lowest in carbs I've found but most are low😀 have them every day for work around 50 grams which is only 2.7 grams of carbs if they are kp, also have a sandwich which i use low carb bread from Waitrose or also Sainsbury's have one.
Keep going with the carnivore diet Sharon, you will find a great difference to your life, you will lose weight, but it takes time. I also like a snack and a beer and there is nothing wrong with that, I'm on the omad and it works.
Have you tried Pork kielbasa slaska silesian sausage from Lidl? Me and my husband love them they can be eaten hot or cold as a snack , no need to remove the skins, also nice sliced and fried and made into an omelette very tasty!
Just watched this video and I have a pack of Edam cheese slices from Lidl, so thought I would try the cheese crisps. i wet the greaseproof paper using a pastry brush and also brushed underneath the cheese pieces. They didn't move, I have a viewing window in my air fryer. Very tasty eaten the lot, will buy some Leerdammer to try. Didn't need any salt on the Edam. Thank you to the subscribers for suggesting using water, for cooking. Thank you Sharon and Martin for all the ideas, Brilliant ❤❤ Love from Eileen x
Well done to you both for trying so hard with your eating plans yes it is hard to eat out when your diets are so restrictive and I think you do amazing. You have got the best will power Can you eat the little crustless quiche done in the airfryer You could add some cheese to the mixture and some spices and take those when you go out. Lovely with some chicken drumsticks. It’s would be basically egg and cheese and chicken. Good for you your both doing so well. Thanks as always take care.
I cook up chicken drumsticks and have them in the fridge, also Spar do packs of little meatballs, chicken ones but my fave are the chicken and chorizo, they're just great to snack on and not expensive!
Hi Martin, if you like meat snacks you should try making some Beef Biltong (also known as Beef Jerky). I make it with the Ninja Foodie Max's "dehydrate" function along with the dehydrating rack. It is really really good and great to snack on and very morish!. Plus you can spice it up to whatever heat you like ;-) There are many recopies on the web but I have honed mine to how I like it, nice and spicy. One tip is to pop the beef steak / brisket, into the freezer for a couple of hours before you cut it into strips as it will hold the meat together and make it much easier to cut. Then you can marinate the strips and pop in the fridge over night, then put the strips onto the rack and dehydrate at 70deg C for approx 6.5hrs. The marinade I do is: 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp piri piri powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp chilli flakes (add more chilli flakes & hot chilli powder if you want it hotter that what I do ;-D If you get chance to make it I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Thank you so much. I do love watching your cooking vids. You have some really good ideas for us mere mortals lol. Have you trieed making Beef Jerky? I would think the spices would be complicated and then you have to dry it (Which can be done in an Air Fryer. Not sure what the shelf life would be? Or even if it is worth the trouble. Take care Fay.
I had those fridge raiders and they are horrible, very handy video for things to take out when out and about,I heard bratwurst sausages are low carb as well
Hi sweeties I saw this on one of the carnivore you tube programmes you cook beef mince until soft then put a teaspoon in an ice tray and cover in liquid kerrygold put in the fridge and push one out when you fancy a snack xx you can also make other snacks that are not so processed as salami and pepperoni xx you can make egg wraps fill with minced beef and top with cheese yummy there are so many snacks I see that have been made in their own kitchens try steak and butter gal she's great and so many more I'm loving seeing what people eat on a carnivore diet xx you can even make meat taco's xx
I’m with you both on them fridge raiders tried them and hated them so never again, I’m going to try that idea with the cheese as my biggest downfall is love my crisps ❤😊xx
Oh my gosh, I bought some of that cheese while I was out today, tried the crisps wow that’s all I can say no wonder you both love them so do I now, got me addicted thank you for sharing that idea with us all, think will make some for my family to try as well they are so scrummy thought would let you know I’ve tried them ❤️😊
Hello Sharon and Martin doogal and Merlin hope your all enjoying the sunshine I totally agree with you both those fridge chicken things smell awful and taste just as bad. Really enjoyed the video thank you for the tips so handy to know keep up the good work your number one fan Angela ❤
Have you tried heart of palm? Low fat, low sugar, low carb. I have them instead of new potatoes. They really fill you up also. They sell them in tins in Tesco.
I must try doing the cheese im not supposed to be eating carbs and i could live on crisps and potatoes, im not doing very well at having no carbs, wish i had your will power Martin and Sharon.
Hi Martin and Sharon, another carnivore snack is biltong. It is dried beef with salt, corriander, some spices and vinegar. Proper biltong doesn't have sugar on it. I know there used to be a South African store selling South African foods, just outside Charring Cross train station. This was in 2002. I googled the address of a South African shop and this address popped up. Please try it out. Hope the address is legitimate. 3, The Arches, Villiers St, London WC2N 6NG, United Kingdom. Keep well❤
Martin , next time you're in tesco try the 24 slices of german salami only £1-95 , or german pepperoni, same price, or the kings beef wagyu strips in tescos to ,thinking of you on carnivore diet 👍👍👍
🎉🎉 going to try the cheese … I’ve given up alcohol 🍷… and find myself buying the 0% wine … 3.5g auger per 100ml .. trying to lower my sugar because in diabetic range slightly … eating no carbs and listening to 2 stone 6lb so far :-) Martin just a question 🙋♀️… is the auger content high in the 0% Mc Guigan Sauvignon Blanc ?? Thank you ☺️… love the vlog xx❤❤
pepperoni isn't the same as it used to be, fridge raiders are full of salt water which gives it the squishy texture, we usually get a joint of ham or beef and cook it in the air fryer and slice it thin, makes great snacks and you can bag and freeze them ready to go and obviously chicken too because you know what you are eating and it is cheaper
Great video - please could you convince east Coast Meats to do internet selling - I am still dreaming about those huge pork chops and now scratchings!!!!!
Not sure I could eat any of them as I have a heart failure , salt content is probably high . Food is hard from the fridge , but soon soft in the heat 👏👍🤣🙏🏼
Great vlog guys.. haha at Sharon being cheeky… love it 😂😂😂 I make those cheese crisps & use them to scoop up mashed boiled eggs & mayo. Sometimes I’ll add some sriracha or sprinkle some everything but the bagel seasoning on the eggs. Delicious!!! As always, love seeing Merlin’s waggy tail as he walks through the kitchen. It makes me smile every time 😍
Try putting a splash (1 tablespoon) of Worcestershire sauce in a bag of traditional scratching, shake the bag and enjoy, I cant eat them any other way after trying them.
Sharon… you made me giggle… up and down and gone soft 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Tip...Wet the parchment paper before using it...
Martins idea of pre warming the paper first is a brilliant idea too. XX
good idea
Sharon loved the Peperami unravelling! I was laughing before Martin even started! 🤣😂 As processed as they are, I do love them!

never knew about the cheese/salami crisps great idea thanks x
Thought with the high salt content you would not go near corned beef
Depends on how you have been schooled about salt.
I enjoyed this. Your lovely doggies are so patient, beautiful. I love pork scratchings but the teeth can't take them anymore. Ha ha. I put thin sliced streaky bacon in the air fryer crisps it all up and eat them like crisps. Thank you both and your furry boys.

I use small metal bull clips on the sides of the tray to stop the paper moving. 👍

Fridge raiders I love them
Try putting onion salt on the cheese if you like your cheese and onion crisps sharon, just an idea 👍🏻
Mmmm... Hard to see any health benefits from any of the foods. Mostly processed, if not all!
