This, is one the most well made video I ever watched on RUclips, documentary level with the amount of 3D demonstrations and informations. Mad respect to everyone worked on this 🙌 !
Competence with style like this brings tears of happiness to my eyes. Your entire enterprise fairly reeks of attention to detail and intelligence, from the work to the video production. I'm an instant fan.
By a mile best video in ages I've been in building trade 35 years and at a decent level and have to say your work is superb most big firms normally don't cut the mustard and are very sloppy your work is on another level. You got some seriously good guys 👍 all the best darrall ps more videos like this
Not even half way through the video and this is by far the best you have uploaded as a team. The editing is on point, very concise, informative, quick and enjoyable. The 3D graphics was so worth investing in. Well done to the team at Ashville!
Its neat to see how yall go about fixing the issues the basement has and it also sounds like the home owner has been keeping up with the drains and making sure they are clean and clog free.
Finally here 🙌 Edit after watching: what an amazing production. Hats off to the editing and production team (or person!!) because this was 💯. And of course, also 💯 is the build itself - great job!
I'm not even interested in this industry, but after watching this video, I can say I am invested. Half of the time I didn't understand what was what, but I can see this is someone that takes his job seriously and makes sure that everything is nailed down to precision. In other words, amazing job to you and the team!
Its obvious the work that's been put into this video let alone the project itself, and I enjoyed every second of it. Respect Daniel 👍 Big love from Bristol
Daniel that was one of the best videos so far really informative and interesting how you got over issues. I know it’s not my business but I’m intrigued on the cost I bet it wasn’t cheap. Well done
thats all i can think about lol, client must be super rich but im guessing at least couple hundred grand. Nice when you can spare no expense to get something done.
It is impossible to clean AC unit. As an instatller I can say that it is crusial to clean the filter, radiator and condinsation reservoir. If you don't - you will have a lot of mold inside and you will breath air that is basically contaminated. Also with unservisable filter unitr will stop operating after a couple of years of use. You will then need to take down the sealing underneath the unit and put a hatch that is at least the size of an airconditioner. It helps to install a hatch slightly larger to have a possibility to replace the unit in case of failure.
Brilliant video, the graphics are fantastic. Good on you and your team for keep pulling solutions out the bag to get over the continuing obstacles and problems 👍
This video was well worth the wait. The production values and the explanations are unreal. Dan hit me up when you need commercial finance because the projects, the businesses you are connected with. The sky is the limit. Unreal work ethic and unreal high standards by your teams. Both building and video production teams. Very very impressed.
This is one of the best video's you have ever put out. I thought i would end up skipping through it but after 2minutes knew i would be watching it all. The 3D animations are amazing, well done to your team. The level of theses video's is better than most TV productions!
Absolutely smashed it so impressed with the start to finish the info the graphics the whole vid is just amazing should be so proud of the project carry on with these videos
It's amazing to see the concern for preparing the area properly before doing the aestetics. A lot of bigger firms prioritise number over quality. Banging out projects at volume and slapping up nice-looking builds with very little consideration for long term strength/reliability.
I am a waterproofing technician and I install delta membrane and I wish all site agents were like you and take care of the membrane in-between install stages more often then not when I go back to a next stage install the membrane is battered and has to be repaired
I wish i could like this video multiple times because man you and your team deserve it Daniel. Masterclass video to match a masterclass company! I hope the client loves as im sure they will and cant wait to watch more of these project videos - huge credit to your filming team as well - knocked it out of the park!
Every video is top quality but this blows all the others out of the water, no pun intended haa. The quality of work looks second to none. Them boys you have deserve a big pat on the back, they are a credit to you. Fair play!
SERIOUS WORK!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Amazing video! Extremely informative and inspiring😀 Keep it up! Would love more videos like this in the future🤞🏼 Shout out to the animation team! Top work
If the wall at the bottom of the stairs is not exposed to any moisture, how come you refused to put the light switch there? Just curious, I was in the building game for 13 years and loved it. Don't think my joints would agree though. Great vids and very informative, keep up the great work!
Wow, that was an amazing video Daniel & team! It pays to do things correctly without cutting corners. They should have gotten you to build their house!
My sweet Jesus , marvellous Job, the amount material work going to this is mind blowing . I wonder how much this is gonna cost , more than my house worth I am guessing .
What a fucking amazing video Dan and team. Unbelievable. Awesome when you can spare no expense must be a rich client lol! Was a bit sad to see so much space gone but its all functional. Only thing I was still puzzled by is what the sump and pump were for. Are you saying there would still be leaks or where is that water coming from? Please keep these coming. So informative and I have no experience of construction at all!
Absolutely great video, I am honestly impressed by complexity and quality of performed job. Keep it up . Please, do not stop blowing our, or at least my, mind 🤯. Looking forward to see new videos 💪
First time seeing your video. Excellent. It appears to me that you have much more to battle with the government codes and restrictions. You would make a fortune here in Southern California with your impressive communication skills.
The owner should def add a fridge and like some storage for snacks, drinks etc and equipment in the corner end that has some space in the wall, it would be extremely comfy. Like maybe even a popcorn machine for the authentic cinema popcorn taste
Would dread to think how much this cost 😂😂 impressive though - I know sweet FA about construction but you can tell this man cares about the work being done - props 👊🏽
Love the vid Daniel but can u ask the editing crew to leave the longer info captions up on screen for just a few seconds longer please, having to rewind ruins the flow of the viewing. Thanks
Hi Dan, just letting you know if you look at quinetic switching you can get ultra low profile light switches that you can stick to a finished wall rather than drilling you just put a receiver in the light fitting then daisy chain from that for further lights, i know you're not likely to be in this situation again but you know for the future! Also amazing video loving the little graphics to explain things too proper job.
I'm watching Asheville a few months and i really like the content you and your team provide . At this point i want to to say keep up the good work. I have one question the guy that built the house in the first place did he do anything the right way ?
When you talked about the ducting and the water collection system I kept waiting for you to mention "fits like a lego" or something to that effect....but then I remembered...
GREAT EXAMPLE OF GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME OR YOU WILL PAY MEGA RECTIFYING THE JOB esp when dealing with water as it will always find a way . Ps would it of been worth drilling some holes on the tree root side to allow water to drain to the pump
ventilation is HUGE that alone with dehumidifiers and a well placed pump at the bottom of slope would've greatly increased it's quality .but also many engineering design Flaws in need of not just repairs but Layers of repairs because things not designed to last these days just being cheap fast replaceable waste products! the water management seemed to be an afterthought and the home maintenance can not be forgone or it will deteriorate quickly especially if it's just an empty extra property ya need a property manager to care for it since you aren't when you're not there or possibly even when you are there simply because you don't know how, great job on the repairs though team
Big big fan of Ashville but that ceiling build-up is incorrect. Unfortunately I believe there is a huge risk of interstitial condensation forming there I would be very surprised if it hasn't been an issue already. 26:35 I believe Daniel is incorrect here. Condensation forms at the dew point, and in this buildup the dew point will be on the coldside of the insulation therefore condensation may form within the build up and if it does it will not be able to evaporate/drain away thus mould and eventually rot will occur.
This, is one the most well made video I ever watched on RUclips, documentary level with the amount of 3D demonstrations and informations.
Mad respect to everyone worked on this 🙌 !
This is good enough for main stream TV. College/university students and teachers can learn from this video.

What an amazing project, high level of detail and skill, high quality of finish too. Watched every second of this video looking forward to pt2
One lucky client. To get a professional with obsessive attention to quality and detail. Absolute professionalism from start to finish. Great work!
Daniel, you have smashed this video. Guarantee everyone in the industry will be watching this and being proud.
I'm literally blown away by the level of work you have done on this project. Its 100% obvious what quality and attention you put into the work you do.
Not even half way through the video and this is by far the best you have uploaded as a team. The editing is on point, very concise, informative, quick and enjoyable. The 3D graphics was so worth investing in. Well done to the team at Ashville!
Me and my little girl every time a new video is out we both say… “ ITS ASHVILLE TIME BABYYYYY”
Its neat to see how yall go about fixing the issues the basement has and it also sounds like the home owner has been keeping up with the drains and making sure they are clean and clog free.
The illusive basement salvage project video is finally here!
100% confidence in your teams work. All the challenges seemed to be a breeze your team.
Awesome work and very professional work to boot.
Finally here 🙌
Edit after watching: what an amazing production. Hats off to the editing and production team (or person!!) because this was 💯. And of course, also 💯 is the build itself - great job!
Beat me to it was thinking the exact same thing - next Ridley Scott in the making
This video was fantastic! worthy of being on a mainstream TV series.
Well worth the wait!

Wow I’m just done watching this and this is just an insanely well made video so informative and well presented
By far one of the Best videos produced to date. Well done! Thorough, interesting and informative. Cheers to a job well done.
What a bang on job the Ashville Team has done. That Tech Guy Dan on them computers has got MAD SKILLS boy!!
Its obvious the work that's been put into this video let alone the project itself, and I enjoyed every second of it. Respect Daniel 👍

Incredible attention to detail. I just can’t get over how badly the original builders screwed this up.

appreciated thank you
Definitely some work involved in that basement credit to you and your team nice to see a job done correctly
This is exactly how these basement should be treated. I remember seeing a video on these London basement projects that ended up not done properly.
Whomever did the first basement did such a bad job that it provided you so much quality content to pump out.
This is what hard work means and looks like , this guy its motivational for all of us !
Keep doing your thing Mr Daniel
