    @benwl I would've liked to see how a program in the iPad that utilizes gravity to known where to angle the window reacts to this situation

    Steady I Really Like This Video The video shows an iPad demonstrating uni-stability along the first two axes of rotation and bi-stability along the third axis of rotation.

    @TheFluffyDuck We tried that! the answer is: It's complicated. It uses accelerometers to detect where the ground is, and so the screen flips depending on what the accelerometers are sensing as the -1G direction.

    @teodormafia The purpose was to show the rotational bi-stability along one of the axes, but only uni-stability along the other two axes. There's only so much I can explain in 25 seconds :) !
