This was fun to watch, didn't get a chance to play it myself when young. I can see all the similarities between these new courses and the old ones from CTR - glad that also got an updated release. Though kind of a bit sad that all the carts got normalized instead of being individualized like in CTR. But if that were the case I feel Nitrous Oxide would be a bit too...over powered for a normal racer - even if he was made to play fair and have limited item usage. His kart I believe was maxed in all stats so it would have made him top racer. Though I am sure they could have nerfed it since he wasn't an endboss now. Heck, maybe even have a bit of dialogue between him and the player could have been nice explaining why he had to downgrade and how he is made to work under Velo to get his old kart back.

Why do people hate on this game so much, I just tried it years later on the emulator and the Karts control well and go decently fast.
The only issue is the jump sometimes doesn’t work that well
