From the position in 7:17 or a similar position could you potentially do a sweep if you were to grab and pull towards you the arm and leg farthest from you while at the same time you pull the leg that is over the head down with your other leg like at the ankle, and as you do all of this you do a sit up so that you end up on top in kind of a sitting triangle hold?
