поставь стойки на 1 деление ниже, плечи же убиваешь, когда снимаешь и ставишь, делаешь вредное движение, плечи должны быть зафиксированны и не двигаться вверх-вниз совсем.

Rack was good for them so I use same height. Because I didn’t hit my PR so I managed with that load thou rack was a bit too high for me.
What kind of massage…are you dealing with an injury of some kind? I ask because my shoulder has been irritated for almost a year now. Massage seems to help for a time. Nice form, by the way!
Just a regular upper back massage. There were nothing wrong at the time. I take massage per month because otherwise muscles get so stuck they couldn’t produce enough force to deal with iron. You should get massage once per month too. 👍🏻

Sit aloin bulkkaamaan ja alko taas voimatasot nousta. Ny mulla on elopaino ollu jo vuosia näis samois lukemis. Pyörii siinä 110-112 kilon nurkilla. Oon ollu tähän painoon tyytyväinen. Enempää ei tarvi painaa eikä painon tarvi pudotakkaan. Voimatasot on kohtuulliset tällä massalla eikä peruskuntokaan huono oo.
Bodyweight 110kg. So +30kg over bodyweight. I’ve done 6 reps with that without pause. This was only quite light session few days after upperback massage.
