They're just much much bigger and leaner. He would need to take so many more steroids and drugs, and it still wouldn't be enough to get anywhere near Mr Olympia. I'd love to see Sam get to the level of a pro bodybuilder though. I have no doubt he can do that. Classic physique or a heavyweight. We'll see.

I work out solo, no talking, so I know that all the time I spent there was for working out. Many gyms have turned into places where people go just to sit on a machine and play with their phone.
Same i workout solo at my gym I’ve literally seen people come in and not workout just talk for two hours and when they finally do workout it’s half assed no intensity no progressive overload waste of time 🤦♂️ Yup they sit on the machine with their phone they wonder why they don’t make gains
100% natural. I’ve went from being 240 pounds to 210 in about 5 months. My strength and muscle gain is amazing. Progressive overload is truly a cheat code. Just doing that will add all the intensity you need!

7:58 Im 46 years old and still actually remember my earliest workouts when I was a young teen back in the early 90's They were essentially full body, same workout every other day, each muscle group 3 hard sets to failure. I did that for a few good years with really good results
