Its not hoarding, hoarders are not functional from an outsiders view. Hoarders just hold on to everything and Pat has sold stuff before. He is just an avid collector of video games.
After the zombie apocalypse someone will find your house, get a generator, and live the rest of their days in absolute heaven. If they can also find food... Great collection. Love the Commodore stuff. I'm eager to start my collection.
This is some really neat stuff! I am a HUGE 80's fanatic, and always love seeing all those old Atari games, hearing those old references that only I seem to understand anymore at my school, it's all great.
That "homemade" cassette tape game was for the Commodore VIC-20! You should totally do a video on the Amiga 500, it has so many great games and not many people know about it or never seen all the good games for it. If a game was released for multiple platforms, usually the Amiga version was the best one of the bunch with the best graphics and sound.
I really think the only thing that would make Pat anything close to being a hoarder are the items that he's not sure why he has them, but at least he's able to maneuver through the garage with ease and it doesn't seem overly cluttered.
I had the Pac-Man hand puppet. It was modeled after the US rendition of the character (as seen on Pat's pillow), including the legs. I don't see it on Ebay. Must be pretty darn rare. Naturally it currently exists in limbo along with countless other valuables.
It was all set up. Pat brought in his 2 Nintendo World Championship carts, they called in an "expert" like always, and made an offer at like 10% of the value, which of course Pat didn't take (and probably wouldn't even at twice the value).
No, the Commodore Amiga is it's own computer, not PC or Console. It mostly plays games but you can do other stuff on it aswell so it is a computer. Pat has an Amiga 500 but especially the Amiga 1200 and 4000 were serious computers they used in businesses in the 90s.
I really hope one day you make enough to get a really nice and big house where you can get organized and make a museum out of your collection. Oh and a female too. Maybe.
Great collection man second time going through all your series I'm gonna be sad when I finish love the podcast and all the videos keep them coming FAT PAT lol from the track and field comedic genius !!!
Dude, Pat, my man. You REALLY need to check out the Amiga, it's probably my favorite 'game' system of all time. Amazing catalogue that one, and most of them were better than their same name counterpart on other systems!
If I find a Game Gear game w/ the case, I'll usually get it even the game doesn't particularly interest me. The cases don't look much bigger than the Game Boy ones, but they can fit 9-10 DS/3DS games, while a Game Boy case can only fit 3. I'm a collector, so I like keeping the original cases, but I also like taking a good selection of games with me on long trips, so they're pretty handy. Yes, I know you can buy third party cases for this very purpose, but they're usually cheaply made, more expensive, and don't hold as many games anyway.
Commodore Monitors are the ultimate for retro gaming, especially if it's begging for the SCART input to be added. (There's a punch out on the case for it)... Just putting that out there.
Do you think that you have a bigger collection than Gamester81? (He's another game reviewer in case you haven't heard of him) He has around 200 or so consoles.
Yes definitely a retro hoarder, but that's the pot calling the kettle black in my circumstance most definitely. Great video will head over and watch part 2 :)
+JAPP John Andrew Patrick Peters its Pat by far most likely. You can see the AVGN collection for the most part on their site "Cinnemassacre" or whatever, they have it individually listed
I have a Super Mario Bros Print Kit disk boxed for Commodore 64 and shows it was licensed By Nintendo on the front of the box. That Commodore 64 game Zak Mckraken and the Alien Mind Benders maybe but not sure it's like Maniac Mansion. I use to have the Commodore 64 overseas disk version of Zak McKraken and the Alien Mind Benders and it still worked in the USA. I could tell it was overseas disk version because my UPC Number had 13 numbers while someone online on Ebay had the same game and it's UPC number only had 12 numbers.
Thank you Pat, for Sharing this. I am also collecting as much as i can from Nintendo :) , but i'll never reach your level of Sheer Epicness ! Congratulations on your collection , it's Impressive !
hey pat ;D the SNES plasic stuff. Do you still have any left? >.> i would love to buy some off from you, or if you want to bring it Retropalooza i get at least 30 off you ;D
Wow, my brother bought a Pacman board game at a flea market. He then proceeded to destroy it so he could frame the box art. Maybe he should have sold it to Pat.
Pat's gonna be on the next episode of Hoarders!
I love how the line between "collecting" and ''hoarding'' is so thin!
I love how Pat's mental state starts to deteriorate as this series goes on. The end where he just walks off always kills me.
LOL
Its not hoarding, hoarders are not functional from an outsiders view. Hoarders just hold on to everything and Pat has sold stuff before. He is just an avid collector of video games.
I'm not sure how much rare shit pat has, but if he built shelves and shit like James did, he might be able to catalogue it better.
I don't know if this is too personal, but it would be great for Pat to do a more formal update on his game collection. Would be pretty dope!
So jealous of all the Commodore 64 games!
Me too metal jesus, me too..
this video drives my ocd wild
indeed
I know the feelin man
Would love to see Pat do a new collection video in Castle Contri!
Pat isn't a hoarder, he takes care of his collection and there were no diaper and pee jar piles, so he's still okay!
lolz
yea i didn't see any dead cats either he's good
'Still okay!'. That was damn funny.
THAT'S where all the world's SNES cases went!
After the zombie apocalypse someone will find your house, get a generator, and live the rest of their days in absolute heaven. If they can also find food... Great collection. Love the Commodore stuff. I'm eager to start my collection.
Just proof that he'll probably go beyond just nes reviews. Thats quite a interesting collection
"Probably only four of these in existence! But I don't care." Why do I find Pat so hilarious?
This is some really neat stuff! I am a HUGE 80's fanatic, and always love seeing all those old Atari games, hearing those old references that only I seem to understand anymore at my school, it's all great.
Was not distributed to the public. If that's the case, you'd have to count every NES prototype out there... and there's a lot.
My neighbor had that Split Second handheld and I remember thinking that it was the coolest thing ever.
the "portable computer" @ around 6:00 looks like the thing that Will Smith was lugging around in The Pursuit of Happyness.
That "homemade" cassette tape game was for the Commodore VIC-20!

We had that very Atari Computer at 9:50 when I was a kid. As I recall there wasn't much you could do with it. It played a few games but it was picky.
Blaster Master is the best soundtrack for going through your Ultimate Collection
On the C64, two that I do remember were Apollo 18 and Might & Magic, loved that computer...
I love that you used the Blaster Master soundtrack, my favorite game of all time! 😆💯
A lot of collector's have a game room. Pat is the person I know of who has a game HOUSE.
Fucking maniac.
I had the Pac-Man hand puppet. It was modeled after the US rendition of the character (as seen on Pat's pillow), including the legs. I don't see it on Ebay. Must be pretty darn rare. Naturally it currently exists in limbo along with countless other valuables.

Please do an updade pat!
Pat what Airplane game is at 8:47
Lmao about 100 boxed NES games just hanging out in the garage... I hope 1 day my collection is that epic! Great video pat can't wait for part 2.
So it’s been 8 years…. We need an update video series!!
"theres prolly 4 of these in existence. but i dont care. " hahaha

Man you need to do a garage sale. Collecting and hoarding are slightly different
Amiga games that rock;
Turrican trilogy, Another World, Shadow of the Beast and Putty Squad
Maaan, this is awesome. I can't wait to watch the rest of the videos
i have been waiting so long for a new collection video :D you rock pat!
My videostore would charge like an extra dolllar on the rental for the videogame booklet.
Hey Pat? what ya want for that bag of SNES dust covers?Id take them in a heartbeat.
I really hope one day you make enough to get a really nice and big house where you can get organized and make a museum out of your collection. Oh and a female too. Maybe.
Actually, that was a Pacman "TV dinner tray"...at least I'm pretty sure of it.
Those were huge in the 80's.
Pat you joked about therapy, but I really would suggest a bit.
Dude, garages like that create video game creepypastas.
what do you do when you move house to move all this stuff?
Alfie!!! That’s what that toy was called! I couldn’t remember the name of it! I had a blue one to! That toy was awesome!
Great collection man second time going through all your series I'm gonna be sad when I finish love the podcast and all the videos keep them coming FAT PAT lol from the track and field comedic genius !!!

@06:30 "Ya got some random stuff in here"
*pulls out a mint condition boxed C64 Zack McKracken*
Bo
hey pat... did you ever sell your nintendo world champ. carts that apperared on pawn stars?
hence the parentheses in my original comment ;) The Amiga was an amazing system with a wonderful catalogue of classic games.
Ever plan on doing a video for your comic collection?
If I find a Game Gear game w/ the case, I'll usually get it even the game doesn't particularly interest me. The cases don't look much bigger than the Game Boy ones, but they can fit 9-10 DS/3DS games, while a Game Boy case can only fit 3. I would love that game gear display case.
lmao pat... "Why do I have that" haha so funny
I'm a little curios, is paper boy one of your favorite games? Because I wonder why you play it at the end of each Episode.
An old mac in the garage and you have not even tested it... What is the point (especially when it is in the garage gathering dust)?
pat are you selling the nes games in the box you don't want plz let me know
it's official Pat is insane
I bet there is at least one comic book nerd that freaked out when he saw you didn't have backing boards inside those sleeves.
Was I the only one was waiting for pat to pull out the elite games on c64 or Amiga?
Commodore Monitors are the ultimate for retro gaming, especially if it's begging for the SCART input to be added. (There's a punch out on the case for it)... Just putting that out there.
I showed my gf this video, she'll never complain about my collection of about 10 machines again! Haha, great collection though Pat, jealous really!
Do you think that you have a bigger collection than Gamester81? (He's another game reviewer in case you haven't heard of him) He has around 200 or so consoles.
Where is the clip with the girl with a whip from
Did you win the lotto or something? How did you afford all this!?
hurray for the amiga..when and if you can pat, please review some amiga games
Yes definitely a retro hoarder, but that's the pot calling the kettle black in my circumstance most definitely.
Great video will head over and watch part 2 :)
Oh my, what is your plan with the Commodore 64 games? :)
Who has the bigger collection of games, accessories and old school stuff AVGN or Pat?
+JAPP John Andrew Patrick Peters Video games it's probably Pat. But James Rolfe also has a big movie library among other things.
that's true..and a bunch of board games aswell...lol
+JAPP John Andrew Patrick Peters its Pat by far most likely. You can see the AVGN collection for the most part on their site "Cinnemassacre" or whatever, they have it individually listed
You should do let's plays of all these games, esp. the old Ataris.
To my knowledge, Pat. I believe I recall him saying he had all of them, while the last I heard from james, he said he had "Close to all" of them.
I have a Super Mario Bros Print Kit disk boxed for Commodore 64 and shows it was licensed By Nintendo on the front of the box. That Commodore 64 game Zak Mckraken and the Alien Mind Benders maybe but not sure it's like Maniac Mansion. My friend just searched after his zapper for the NES, but then he actually found a commodore 64
Can we see more of the empty playstation box?
What is with the planes?
Huh, all I have in my garage is a car and some landscaping equipment.
Wow. Pat needs to organize his garage.
this dude has more cool shit in his garage alone than i have ever owned
you have more in your garage than i have in my house. damn you pat, damn you.
Hey Pat I enjoy the videos. Would you ever consider reviewing an N64 game?
Merry Christmas!
Although, that flea market madness is very entertaining after all, along with your other vids
Upvoted for the use of Blaster Master music.
Do you have IBM 5100? Just asking.
"I don't know why I have this" hahahaha
So you have shitload of games and related that you don't need/want and you DON'T put them back on rotation? What a great guy you are =D
He didn't "open his house". He took a spin around it with his camera. And what OP said is a good point.
Bold and Brash network yeah Pat is one reason why everything is expensive he will buy everything even if he doesn't want it. That drives prices up.
So Jelous i want like all your stuff in your garage love the show you should do a update if you havent already
Wow, my brother bought a Pacman board game at a flea market. He then proceeded to destroy it so he could frame the box art. Maybe he should have sold it to Pat.
I would kill for all of those boxed NES games
You scoundrel Pat you got some cool stuff
ah Commodore Amiga, one of the greatest gaming systems ever. Love it. Picked up an Atari ST boxed cheap recently but its just not the same.
9:00 does that box say golden axe? how dare you skip past that Pat :( :( :(
enke trabaja el wey del pat?

Pues yo creo que se gana la plata con estos vídeos.
River City Ransom is really fun imo.
I thought that the 500 was smaller then that?
great video, i love all of your videos, i find you to be really endearing.
I think pat has more nes games but james has more from every other console
I collect, but you my friend are over the top. :)
