I've been watching landscape videos for 2yrs now and how have I missed your videos.. Love EVERY Point you are making.. Thank you so much! Balance, Height, focal point.. .. just everything you are saying.. Awesome
Thank you for the comment! I will try to include in future videos or if you see some videos in the future and you want to know just send me an email. Thank you (in description)
Hey bobby I'm ready but I saw on your site you are slammed. I'm ready for a design! I went on the wait list. I'll just keep tending to my grass and the "mulch bed" for now haha
@Tracey Hays. I'm so happy to hear you're ready and I will definitely help you out! I've got around 10 designs to catch up on. We had a covid scare at the daycare and a small family vacation so I've lost around 2 weeks. Best to not disappoint and take a little time to catch up. I think we'll be back up and running in about a month. Fall is a FANTASTIC time to plant so the timing may work out perfectly with summer right around the corner. Talk to you soon!
Until new plants are established and you’ve learned their water requirements, you should factor in a certain monetary loss due to plant death and replacement. There’s always going to be some.
Omg, this is great information. We just rebuilt our house to add on. However landscape wasn’t in the budget so now everyone thinks my garage apartment is the entry way.
started watching your channel and loving it. we just had our backyard done (just by my gardener) with rocks and drought resistance plants (california drought).... would like to get your suggestion for our front yard to increase curb appeal, wow effect and increase investment value? my concern will be cost? please advise...thanks and more power to you
Do u have a tip for preventing those fat cellar bugs & earwigs from living on the wooden porch/steps beneaht platers & causing rot? And moles from tunneling down into the planters? I tried pop bottles w. water & moth balls in them every 7 feet or so but not thinking it kept moles from digging into nice soft soil.
Hi Katherine. Not my specialty. I think this falls in the gardener or horticulture sector. A great channel that probably would know is garden answer. I’d check her out and see if she knows and let me know.👍🏼
@@BobbyKDesigns Oh, didn't think of her. How about corner lots w. 2 driveways frm different streets, a front bungalow, back bsmnt rental house I take possession of next month? The 300+ 2 gal to 5 gal pots I've been growing cuttings of bushes, tubers, bulbs, corms in will be shared between there & the small ocean view house on the wide hill tht my daughter will live in once I do outside renos. A new septic system going in so yard will be a mess or blank slate depending on the people doing the job.
@@katherinespencer2073 yes. She’s great! Stay tuned! In the next couple of weeks I’m gonna have a video come out where you’ll be very interested to know i will evaluating viewer’s spaces for free.

I just started watching your channel and I'm really enjoying it. I'm a landscape architecture student who needs help. . What design software do you use?
Why do all landscapers put in so many plants? How many boxwood did you put in? Look at all that green lawn. I would have put in a flower bed in the center. You're definitely talented and it looks great, but plants are exprnsive and it's a lot of upkeep.
Hey Judy. I love this because it opens me up to new ways of thinking about design. I appreciate your comment and hope to hear from you again on future videos! Take care.
I hear ya. Some people like a little less, full bed. What I love about LANDSCAPING is, there really isn’t any wrong or right. It’s just what you prefer. Thank you for watching and I appreciate the comment!

Glad to hear that! I always preach "Light up your investment!"
Awww your babies are so sweet
Thank you.❤️ they are good kids.
Enjoying your videos! I would love to see a soft and natural-looking cottage garden design for a smaller front yard.
@Brandi Deffendall. I will see what I can come up with! Next week's video we are going to plant a 3D design together. Stay tuned!
Great tips! Love the design too.
@sarah krull thank you!!!
Amazing. I learnt a lot from this video. Thank you
Alright that’s it! I can’t watch one more video without getting my own back yard renovation design!
Great content! Would love to see more examples on typical, cookie cutter houses and lots with hills and slopes
Coming up for sure!!!💪
Can you show us your house landscaping please
@Basel Qashou. I will be making a video on the front yard soon. My backyard is on the channel. The thumbnail is a picture of me with a pool behind it.

@Google User. I feel like you know me pretty well. I've been backing off the coffee recently! So true! lol!
Your fabulous! Do you live near my yard? Love your ideas.

I’m so glad this is helpful for you! Yes, defining the space between your yard and the neighbors can really add some curb appeal.

Curb appeal THAT makes you money. The word which usually comes after a comma and introduces a subordinate clause.
