I love how you suggested upgrading the mailboxes for some homes. We do that with our properties too, together with the house numbers, external lighting.

Landscaping is very important to the Aesthetics of the house. A beautiful Bush near the front door is very inviting along with beautiful knockers.
Love some of these ideas especially the mailbox upgrade!
Do whatever Yu want
Correction: Dandelions are NOT nasty weeds, although you depicted them as such.
Start with new fresh leaves they are highly nutritious leaves. Great for stir fries or smoothies unless you have poisoned them first!!!!!
Same for their unopened flower buds.
Then their roots.
Do your research, they are not use less weeds.
Many of us use these nutritious naturally free gifts.
Great as a free diuretic too for those with that need.
Nice ideas, however you say nothing about curb appeal for the winter time.. still watching 👀
It appears most of your tips are presuming that no one has a security as screen door or clear weatherall door not merely a FRONT door only.
