@aletaisrael your kitchen space alone including the pantry is a complete one bedroom house equivalent if the kitchen space was an open kitchen living area with diner and the pantry as a bedroom. Excluding your current living area which is more than a half court size. Well done. That primary bathroom you have is way bigger than most studio flats people have.
@AletaIsrael for real sis, but I got you because I had same issues with the size on the design to reality, now I am thinking to modify the building into apartments instead and have a penthouse on top or build a reasonable size one on the side for myself.
