It's a beautiful house, but I wish I have that space in your front yard. I would plant all kinds of fruit trees, vegetable, herb and flowers. That's too much land to put under concrete. You could get a lot of food from that land space. I guess! I have a Caribbean mindset.
@@kayo6715 stop fooling people by making think they can purchase freehold , and I advise anyone reading your lies to read the Ghana constitution lands act which they will clearly see.the law which do not allow foreigners to own land they can only lease it for 50 years with an option of a extension renewal clause of anything up to only r5 years which it’s only the owner can decide. A new law came which also prevents Ghanaians citizens freehold purchase, they get 99 years
I would recommend planting trees on the compound instead of the concrete floor. It’ll help cool down the temperature
