Lovely house! From my experience of building in Ghana - This would have cost about $130K to build, furnishing about $30K so I think $380K is a little high on the price. Nevertheless it’s a beautiful house and location and land (looks like a half plot - 100x35m) also needs to be considered here so all in all pretty good 👍 😊
$380k for a fully furnished house of that size and with the finishings and the attention to detail, I think it's a good deal; In the USA, it would be at least $200k more than the price listed. I'm sure you could find someone to do it for a LITTLE LESS, but you get what you pay for and building in Ghana is not cheap anymore because of the price of materials. However, I will say for that price, the roads in the vicinity should definitely already be paved.
You mentioned the USA without qualifying it as if we have a monolithic real estate market in the US? That makes your whole statement replete with holes. Delete it. Otherwise, correct it. Even in Ghana, 🎉it still depends on location. Nobody will pay the price for this outside of Accra. Anything like this in East Legon, Airport City, Cantonments Osu or Laboni 380k will be a steal. Thanks
Beautiful house...nice size but overpriced...not sure why we Af4icans are doing this to ourselves, we try g to escape the high pricing abroad and our brothers want to butcher our necks with this prices at home.
@ZoeyBe, I was born in Southern African but currently living in UK and I must say that Ghanaian houses are very overpriced with so little land compared to what you get for your money in Southern Africa.

Perhaps I missed it, but does this house have a laundry room?
Plz tell where to buy such furniture
The furniture is from abroad.
Patience whats the land size?
35 x 100
Overprice , too modern and the worst part is too many concrete in place of a beautiful garden at the entrance and back of the house
I mean, I couldn't afford it, but there are plenty of people who can and are willing to pay outright for it here in Ghana.
