      You can always move to a cheaper state and live like a king. There's no law that says you have to live in Manhattan, LA, etc. Also "millionaire" is fairly wide range.

    I'm renting in Sydney, NSW, AUSTRALIA and the dilapidated 3 bedroom house on a 600m2 block next to me sold for $1.7M 2 years ago.............!! $1.44M would only get you a house in an undesirable suburb in Sydney (think taking your watch off when you catch the train back home after work)
    Its funny watching MTV Cribs style shows when the houses they have are the average Sydney mortgage.

      Right? My friends in NC have a large house that’s worth $250k, while my house is around 1/3 the size, and cost $570k (now worth $700k). But my job is very niche and only in the DC area :( I kinda prefer NC and some areas of the South. Less traffic.

    When you make 7 figures you can build a custom house easily. Buying a cookie cutter house in a lot is not ideal but many people can’t afford anything else.

    I read on Reddit that healthcare in Vegas is atrocious and that people fly/drive to california or out of state to get care and that Vegas also has a lack of specialists. I am curious as to how you found this to be true

    Here I am living in a $1+ million house in Ontario, Canada that's only a semi detached with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 living, and one kitchen/dining+ backyard.
    Rented out our basement so it covers some of the.mortgage

    I Started watching Selling Sunset recently on Netflix. And I jumped of the sofa when I saw Graham in the couch of the infamies Christine vs Christell fight. And I told my Gf : I follow that guy on youtube!
    Graham was one of their first employees of the Oppenheim Group? But he didn’t want a big role in the series or deal with all the drama.
