With far less space in Toronto, I live in Windsor, Ontario where our housing is "considered to be the cheapest in Canada". Our housing prices in Windsor have sky rocketed to the point of primarily, only people living outside of Windsor can afford to buy a home. It's gotten crazy to the point people are bidding on rental properties! Buying a fixer upper 800 sq ft house here can still cost $250,000+.
@@mzlady1128 not only Toronto, it's the whole of Ontario. Our houses are not for families, they're for investors. The investors own the rentals, they buy the houses, and competing with them is hard. Living in Mississauga, our city used to be an escape from the prices of Toronto 10 years ago. Now the houses are even more expensive. It's sad and depressing for us and the future generations to come. But on one hand all of these new developments can maybe ease the prices in the future. Over 8 thousand units are being constructed (or to be in the coming years) near my house. Many condos.

That's amazing. I didn't know properties like that existed in Houston.
@@P87-z4h even now not too bad .. you can get those same 2 bed 2 bath for 80k. It’s 5 mins from Texas Medical Center. Not that fancy condos but hey it’s property. NRG stadium is walking distance. Also bullet train coming to houston - Dallas . .. lot of growth happening
@@networth00 it was 200s back in the day .. now like $370/month.. covers heat and water .. outside Maintance… the condo prices in this specific community didn’t go up much because we had a mild winter storm water damage in February that affected the whole complex pretty much .. big insurance claim from the association side .. slowly fixing the condos .. many condo owners got stuck .. but it should be selling like hot cakes in a few months
I’m looking into investment property in Houston. Can you please share the name of your condo building?
Beautiful condo, well-done Interior design and decorating. It gives me a happy feeling. Love what you did to it!
Her apartment is so beautiful!!!
Her style is amazing.
Sis has style 👌🏾
that condo would be over a $1 million in toronto fml
In Auckland too. Ridiculous.
Lets talk Sydney 🥲
New York probably 3 million
