Michael Hutchens got coward punched in Europe and lost his sense of smell, then got into drugs with Bob geldofs wife (their daughter, tiger lily survived both of them). Michael Hutchens had a very sad end in a Sydney hotel.

Suicide. Ask Bob Geldof, he was a catalyst in the mindset MH was in at the time.
Michael was cremated, his ashes divided between his mother and father (who were divorced) and Paula Yates, his girlfriend. His father’s portion were scattered at sea of Sydney. Paula’s portion is probably held by Paula’s daughter (Paula is dead). His mother’s portion were buried at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills (Los Angeles), dedicated to “American fans” by his mother.

I can say in my part of the U.S. anytime one of INXS songs came on at the club, the dance floor and the club itself was thumping no doubt.

The best songs are the ones that they performed Live At Wembley Stadium. New Sensation and Never Tear Us Apart are 2 songs that bring a whole new meaning when you see the live performance!

You guys should explore Australian music of the 1980s ... some great bands came out during that period. INXS, Midnight Oil, Cold Chisel, Crowded House, Australian Crawl, Hoodoo Gurus, Icehouse, The Angels, Mental as Anything and Divinyls ... just to name a few! My favourite INXS song is Listen Like Thieves: ruclips.net/video/IBtlTHYRScY/видео.html

Oh yeah, it WAS song to dance art parties. How many times I danced NEW SENSATION on my teenage parties back in 1987-1989.
