    try incline assisted one arm elevators, use enough of an incline so you can talk someone through it comfortably or pause at any point to reseat for better leverage. the elevator is the much neglected very prehab enhancing inverted version of the muscle-up. this will make you a lot moe stable on one arm
    btw, nice progress with your stability
