Call the customer service number they will direct you on how to do a appeal it may be because u are working and you are making too much money they should have already explained the reason for the small amount. Hope this info helps
I don’t know someone use my card on 18 February 2024 to 29 February 2024 $1500 use my food stamps. I m not taking my ebt card photo not share anyone. Today I use my card but not working and I m looking online balance nil. How I don’t know. And truncation report are looks like someone use my card different different stores

U should have canceled the card once u realized u lost it. U still should check maybe cash and stamps is still on the card

They did fraud on my card I never use my card in the city they used it when you see my history I always use it at the same stores near my address and they didn’t give me nothing back the lady said I had to do a police report if I wanted the money back but it wasn’t a for sure yes they would give it back she said it had to go under investigation first then they would decide if they would return the money but it would take more than 90 days to get an answer .. I think it all depends on the social worker you get if she wants to help you or not this one didn’t want to help me

Y did they only give you $500 instead of the amount that was taken from you. U should have followed thru and appealed the amount. The county do not like appeals
