Awesome way to cut them. That little saw looks handy.

I use the same saw, and I made my own jig for the saw to cut down 38 special to 38 super length. When I used to compete for that extra edge 😆

That is one cool little saw, I think I might need to get me one. Also, that has got to be the quickest easiest way to trim off a lot of brass I have ever seen in all my born days.

Thinking on it just hesitation on the cost of bullets since I do not cast my own. But thinking highly of the BFR 500 JRH or 500 S&W BFR. Just want something that will finalize my hard recoil obsession. Thanks for all the content.

Several companies offer cast bullets for a reasonable price.

That's how I cut 45 Colt to 45 S&W (Schofield) length. You can use 44 Special data if your bullet weight and psi limits are the same.
Save your brass filings to add to the casting pot for tough bullets.. If you do it correctly.
    Thanks for the video...

As an old "tool guy," I find that mini-chop saw pretty dang adorable.

Plowboy, did the holder for the brass come with the saw or did you make it?

The jig is from eBay. The saw came with the clamp that holds the jig.

Can the 44 magnum Magnum Research bfr handle the 340 grain +p+ ruger only loads?

I would think it would, but I haven't researched that. I'd wager the frame and cylinder are strong enough...don't know about cylinder length
