I don't know if Chevrolet sent an S10 compact truck to the UK in the early 90s, but my mom's 92 Blazer had a very annoying clock reset procedure. We ended up going out at midnight and unplugging the battery and plugging it back in. The power restoration time default was 12:00am.

I’m not 100% sure some vehicles get re branded when they come over seas so there is a possibility, we don’t see many Chevrolets here though.
