Opel/Vauxhall insignia tourer coil spring replacement

Exactly what it says in the title.
I had a cracked and broken coil spring which needed replacement, I fixed that one, then thought I'd do a little "how to" video in case you have the same problem :)

Nice video , no messing , just cracking on with it, don't suppose you've got a video for the fronts, I've got some lowering springs to fit, back looks easy enough , but there's going more to doing the fronts, cheers
