Man those Arkies are awesome! Great video.
Nice history lesson! The packing and paperwork are 👍
Mister Twister! Man I caught a lot of fish on those black curly tails! Good memories
LOVE THIS!! love the den!!! OMG I love it!!
Thanks man!! Appreciate it, and thanks for watching!
Nice! Guess I better DO SOMETHING 🤠
You scored on this one. The Storm Shad and all of those vintage plastics new in package, especially the Cabela’s items. Pretty neat to have two vintage packaging variations showcasing the same lure.
Those Arkie Color-C-Lector jigs are an awesome score too, especially the card with the complete set of all of the color variations. That’s a show piece for sure.
I also dig the picture with Martin, Mann, Dance, Morris(that is Johnny Morris, right?) and Greene. What a group photo that was.
Thank you! Agreed the Arkie was fun find. That was Morris in the pic. That was the Dream Team of Bass fishing
Cool video! Loved the Mister Twister stuff. I passed up a couple of old tackle boxes as well, just last week, full of goodies. But they were just priced too high. Always a tough one. Nice hats off to Ricky Green too.
Thank you! Agreed, it tough to leave a box behind… but that’s what make the hunt fun when you find a good one
I have been looking online for the Do Sumpin Lures. I remember them from the late 1980's. I remember them as the Do Nuttin Lure. They were rigged on a stand up jig head and you didn't have to do anything because the water would move it around for action. You didn't have to "Do Nuttin" for them to catch fish. That was their quote with the advertisement. They were very cool.
Now I know the actual name, I might find something on it in my search in retro lures. Thanx again for another awesome video.
Thank you! Agreed, It’s a super simple finesse lure. Appreciate you watching. Send me an email with your info and I’ll send you a couple to try. Thanks for watching!
Jackpot

Heck yea! I just subscribed 👊🏼 can’t wait to watch!!
Thx soo much!!!!!!@@anglingarchaeology
Wonder if they taking a jab at the Do Nothing slider ? 🤠
Can I ask where you got your theme music. It sounds so familiar, but I just can't place it. My wife and I think it is some old tv show theme song.
It’s Chuck Mangione “feels so good” I’m not sure if it was ever used as a TV theme… but that’s what I was going for. I was trying to give the intro a 70s tv theme like Rockford files.
You hit the nail on the head. We were convinced it was on TV. Some Google research says otherwise. Thanks for taking the time to respond. Love the channel. It's inspiring me to put a collection together. I have some really cool 80's lures and tackle boxes.
@@user-ne9kw8df6m Thats awesome! These vintage lures are blast to cast and collect. Appreciate the support. Thanks for watching.
