I always listened to Kpop but never reacted on it that much and im so happy I did! I know so much about these boys! I learned everything in just 2 months. Felix isn't the shortest member, but he is short. Stray Kids are all pretty short (they actually have the shortest average height of any male k-pop group). From tallest to shortest they are:
Hyunjin - 179cm (5'10.5)
Seungmin - 178cm (5'10)
Lee Know & I.N - 172cm (5'8)
Felix & Bang Chan - 171cm (5'7)
HAN - 169cm (5'7)
Changbin - 167cm (5'6)
(Avg. 172cm / 5'7)
(6/8 of them shorter than Jimin and their average height is also shorter than him. Height is an illusion 😭.)
So, yeah, they are quite small and often joke about their height (ex. Chan calling himself fun-sized and saying he can fit in people's pockets or that Stays still love him despite his height LMAO). But Felix does have the smallest hands and feet or any of the members.
More importantly they are all so passionate about music. Seriously, they really love what they do and they not only love performing their music, but also making it. And they talk about it SO much. There are so many good interviews and articles where they just talk about music and the stories behind their music and hearing all of that is honestly my favorite part about stanning them.
I'll put one of my fav 3RACHA interviews here because it's such a good insight into them as musicians. _3RACHA's Bang Chan, Changbin and Han Step Into the Spotlight_ by Paper Magazine. Of course, although 3RACHA are the ones that produce/compose/write the most, they aren't the only members passionate about music. The other members, especially recently, are also. Chan has even said that Hyunjin is getting into producing and all the members have contributed to composition or lyrics at some point. I totally recommend getting more into them if you like people who are passionate about what they do.
Also, they really do throw so much content at Stays (especially music) and the members love each other a bunch and are super close, so I think you'll like them. Also I agree that SKZ Code is great, but I personally prefer 2 Kids Room because I like the insight into their relationships. Also, I recommend their album INTROs or their recording behinds because again I love hearing them talk about their music or see them producing it.
Note that height chart is super outdated as its from when they debuted and the younger members had growth spurts as they became adults.
LMAO, I am aware of the questionable sources of SKZ height charts, but honestly that doesn't really change much for me, if you compare heights among the members and other idols these heights make sense, so if it is inaccurate I doubt it's by much (Jeongin, Seungmin, and maybe Hyunjin are a little more ambiguous if that's what you meant by the younger ones having growth spurts). Plus, it's more than just growth spurts that make it hard to pin down their actual height. Idols are known to report to be taller than they actually are and I'm not even sure whether or not the original chart from their debut days was official.
And I’m shorter than all of them at 5’2 (5’3 if I stand up straight and don’t slouch like I always do) but I’m a chick so it unfortunately makes sense.

I came into them because of Chan and Felix and my bias is literally Han. His showing with Lee Mujin was phenomenal. He blows my mind with his talent and the rap tone and vocal tone he has is gorgeous.

They're also one of the first kpop group to perfom at a lollapalooza festival, and the VERY FIRST at lollaParis (I was there, it was incredible like around 100k people were there to see them)

I never had any connection to K-Pop but for some reason with the 5 Star Comeback Stray Kids kept popping up on my FYP on Tiktok.... a few days after the album release I actually looked into them and became OBSESSED :D it's no joke, once you start, there's no way out and I love every second

I have been part of the fandom for 1 and 1/2 years and I have not regretted anything. They have amazing music, the members are so unique and crazy, their content always makes me laugh, and most importantly they love their fans. Welcome to the fandom.
I was one of those people saying that bts would be the only group that I'll stan but then I realized that I was slowly falling for these kids. Stray Kids is always the exception

I've always liked their music too, but I never really got to know them either. Luckily once I did get to know them, I knew that my biases is Bang Chan and Felix. Yeah Felix introduced me to Stray Kids but Bang Chan stole my heart and claimed me lol, but regardless I love them all.

As someone who struggles with depression…KPOP has really helped me get through some tough times, as someone who has undiagnosed ADHD…I can spend hours watching KPOP videos. So far there are only a few groups that I have really connected with…the most being Stray Kids (ASTO, BTS, TXT, Enhypen, and ATEEZ being the others) but they’ve helped me to get through tough times. I’d love to see you react to the survival show & kingdom ( the other groups were ATEEZ, BTOB, The Boyz, iKON, and SB9) as well as the “kids” rooms, SKZ codes, funny moments, behind the scenes and “ship” compilations (Minsung…my favorite, and Chanlix being some of the few…(really there are a ton of ships in this fandom). I hope you find as much joy as I have in this fandom…welcome back to Staysville!

Actually, they have over TWO HUNDRED songs accredited between them.... The number given was a mistake. They hold the main/primary song credits for all aspects of the creation process for EVERY song, in both their group disography, as well as all of their own solo tracks. (The SOLE exception to this rule happens to be in regard to the lyrics of their debut Japanese track. They were actually a gift from JYP himself. )
My bias unit is def 3RACHA (im ot8 tho) cuz' Han is my ult bias in general, Changbin is my second bias and Chan is my first wrecker (got me into skz). Thank you for zje video! I finished the whole vid and I'm so glad u like them!! I've been a STAY since Jan 2021 and fell in love with them instantly. Their music is just amazing and I was lucky enough to go to their concert last year (i miss them so much lol)! One of the best concerts I've ever been to - they're just INSANE live ‼️ I stan a lot of groups but Jeongin is one of ult biases

YESSS CAM, I can testify that the dedicated Army to Stray Kids enthusiast pipeline is REAL AND IT IS COMING FOR YOU.
BTS were my ults for 6 years and I still love them with my whole heart, always will. I think a lot of the things I really deeply appreciated about BTS ended up being things I discovered in SKZ as well, so it makes sense. I'm a sucker for groups with a really deep bond, partially or completely self-produced, writes about difficult topics in their music, and FUNNY. All areas these two groups have massive overlap. SKZ becoming my ults hit me like a truck about 2 years ago and I never saw it coming. So so excited to see you embark on learning more about them!
I could probably info-dump about them for an ungodly amount of time, but I'll leave it at: Every single member is honestly so integral to the group dynamic and skill set and its impossible to not become endeared to all of them! I think checking out their survival show is an awesome idea cause it really makes you root for them so hard and it shows the beginnings of that awesome bond and teamwork they have today. ALSO every fucking song on 5-STAR is title-track worthy and I can't recommend it enough. I also want to recommend their intro's to their albums (specifically 5-STAR) because I think they're so unique and interesting to watch and see such an in depth look into the producing, recording, and practicing process! It is filled with little nuggets of fun dynamics and also interesting insight into their more professional side as artists. Looking forward to more stuff if you decide to dive a bit deeper!!! 💜💜
Felix's deep voice in Gods Menu got me into Kpop. I'd never even heard of Kpop until then and I've never looked back 😂All the members are amazing and my bias changes every week. Its hard having a bias in Skz because they're all so talented and beautiful but my ULT is Bang Chan. Honestly they're the most loving group I've ever come across. Their friendships/brother hood is so strong and genuine. They're just a bunch of friends who love to write and produce amazing music. They love their fans (Stay) a lot. I think were the most well fed fandom in Kpop they're constantly posting content for us, write songs dedicated for us, go live often. I love them a lot. I'm so glad your getting into them. You wont regret it :)

also to mention that i was waiting for with felix - his vocal range is actually very diverse and yes he is definitely widely known and confident in his deep voice, but he can also project and change his voice into a higher and softer pitch which actually makes him sound like the highest pitched singer of skz as well as the deepest 😭 he’s not overly confident in that area though, and he definitely used to get flustered after singing in that range but nowadays he’s been showcasing it more and more as he grows confidence and us stays are really really proud of him! his vocals are extremely beautiful. i definitely recommend his solo ‘deep end’ as you’re able to hear both his deep and light pitch (and also the song itself is a masterpiece and the lyrics are deep, i love it). also the skz song ‘#lovestay’ he sings in the first chorus and i break down every time i hear it 🥲🤍
i started stanning skz (as well as bts, exo, txt, enhypen, etc) for about a year now (we're foive now😍) and i never once thought twice about stanning them. each of them have amazing personalities and im super happy you decided to join the club! hyunjin is seriously so talented. his art, personality, voice, aura and everything speaks to me. i'm a newer stay and new to kpop in general but hyunjin is incredible. he's been my ult ever since i saw him perform for the first time

oh my god it was 6am but I saw this and had to watch it immediately instead of sleep. After being ARMY (still am), I also discovered SKZ in 2021 and never looked back so I'm so glad you're diving into them deeper! They're so easy to love and their music is just amazing, and their concerts and live performances are out of this world. Changbin and Han are my biases but it's so easy to be wrecked by the rest of them. my top 5 songs are probably Voices, Mixtape: Time Out, Star Lost, Heyday (by 3racha) and Charmer (omg it'll be amazing to see your reaction to these last two). Oh you should check out SKZ REPLAY album for their solo tracks written by each of them, it's so amazing to hear their different styles (as you've peeked into). For content, SKZ CODE is fun but I really enjoy their 2 Kids Room (2022 ver), where they are paired up and talk about their friendship (and other people will comment on that duo's dynamics too). It's another great way to learn their personalities and see how different they are with different members. Enjoy your journey!!

They are so amazing they are one of my all time favorite K-pop groups you will not regret being a Stay. I love how genuine and funny they are and their personalities are all so different but unique. And they have really awesome concerts and I was so lucky to get the chance to meet some of the members in public.
