Hyunjin missing kingdom almost pains me as much as seeing the debute reality😭 He would have done it soo good! Glad we are blessed with some 8 member versions of the performances though..its a small comfort❤

there is no doubt in my head that it was sabotage. it was such a missed opportunity bc award shows just prove hyunjin's fearlessness and devotion to doing stunts and performing out of the box stints
it would have been on an entirely new level. i can’t think of kingdom wo immediately thinking of how hyunjin would’ve dominated

Hyunjin was unfortunately caught up in a bullying scandal at the time this show was happening. He was accused of hvaing been a bully in middle school when he was 13. It turned out to have been more of a mutual thing instead of onesided bullying and just an overall toxic school environment. Nonetheless he met up with the accusers and they talked it out, apologised to each other and wished each other well for the future. After that hyunjin went on a 4 month long hiatus to reflect on himself, his actions and his career as an idol.
Yk to us non koreans, none of this would have been a really big deal, it's just literal children being childish and fighting and saying hurtful things cause they don't know better. But due to the history of bullying in Korea, they're very sensitive when it comes to that topic and once you get accused of being a bully, you're basically done for they don't even care whether it's the truth or not.
Something similar happened to soojin of G idle at the same time, maybe you've heard of it. And she was forced to leave the group bc of it. But they went to court later and she turned out to be innocent. It's such a shame she had to leave.
Hyunjin is sadly missing because he was on a personal hiatus during the kingdom show.
Besides i would really reacommend watching their MAMA performances, especially the Venom + Maniac one. It's such an amazing performance of skz❤️

Hyunjin was on hiatus after the first performance. He was accused of bullying while he was in school. So he was on hiatus for like 4 months. He was cleared of the accusations and returned.
The Deadpool and Wolfgang performance are one of my favorite they have ever done. They are literally insane
My favorite live performances by these little guys:

Fun fact: The one who said "My friend" during I'll be your man is actually one of Changbin's close friend outside of SKZ. He's Wooyoung from ATEEZ
Stray Kids live performances are so amazing. They pretty much always remix their songs for every awards show performance they do, their concert performances are so creative and the energy control is so good. Like, their Venom and Manic MAMA performance is incredible, and then 3racha did a spoken word style rap performance to open the show. They really know how to perform and it's such a treat to watch them.
You absolutely have to watch the red lights music video and the ot8 performance of it (they’re dancing on leashes, you’ll love it)

You are not wrong about Bang Chan, he loves a Crop Top! He’s not my bias, but he was my favorite after seeing them live in concert.
Yes Hyunjin was on hiatus since the second episode in Kingdom. He is my ultimate bias in Stray Kids BUT FUN FACT. I got into Stray kids after the Dudududu performance (even when Hyunjin was absent)!!! It was Han and Changbin that caught my eyes!!!! The rap line is so goood that I had to rewatch their performances over and over again!!!
LOVE LOVE how skz's intro was wolf-themed and ended it wolf-themed. their tagline during the whole time was 'we howl as one', and it is also a nod to hyunjin even though he wasn't in the show
I love you pointing out chans sltty waist everytime, mood. All their MAMA performances are amazing go catch those 😊 but honestly all their performances are amazing, that's a reason why I fly to whatever concert I can watch them at, it's so worth it. Their talent and work ethic and energy... Love them

i’m a stay and i was so glad when they won but believe me when i say they had a tough competition, the boyz and ateez stages were soo good too
there’s still a couple of stages where skz ateez and btob collaborated, those are insanely good as well

Hyunjin was missing from Kingdom due to being on hiatus from bullying allegations (which were then disproved obvi since he’s such a sweetheart) but returned in time for the NoEasy Era which was the album released soon after Kingdom and where Wolfgang is actually on and he absolutely ate it up we love our only Tall King™️ of SKZ (the rest are short kings and I am saying this as a 5‘3 girl)

hyunjin was missing cause of the false accusations in school b*llying scandal, and sadly, jyp, instead of standing out for him, putted him on god knows how long of a hiatus. this hurted me so much back then, with the thought that im not gonna be able to survive through another member loss, and i cant even imagine how bad the boys were feeling, from hyunjin, who was not being able to help or do anything with them, and not being able to show the performances to stays, to the rest of the boys, thinking that their group is falling apart, and it might be the last months/weeks/days as 8 members
Kingdom groups were insane. You should react to ateez performances. They’re sick. Especially rhythm ta & wonderland (symphony no 9).
