      The Judges did not read the Affidavit for seeking the warrant. They go off what the officer says. They can be held accountable for not reading the affidavit before executing any no knock or any warrant for that matter

      That's why the affidavit requesting the warrant needs to be reviewable. To see what evidence was presented to justify the warrant and to determine if the Judge asked enough questions before approving the warrant.

    • @WillyPDX94
      @WillyPDX94 3 года назад +6

      Yes, Maybe the new police chief should have a no knock warrant issued on his home, and then not be given any explanation of the justification, not be allowed to see any body cam video, and not be able to interview any people who conducted or authorized the raid. No knock warrants should be illegal. Judges should also be held accountable for signing off on these warrants. Taxpayers should not be paying for this. Start attaching these lawsuits to cops benefits, make them pay for not listening, and harassing people. These people were and is elderly, money can never bring her husband back. So sad that you are not safe in your own home, and totally innocent of any crime. When will it stop in America.
