You need to use your stock 650 tubes and lowers, they'll work don't worry. Drop in the damper rods and springs from the Himalayan forks and make some preload spacers that work for you, stock spacers are long. Extend or reroute the speedometer and ABS sensor wiring, bolt in a longer brake line from the ABS modulator under the tank. Whats your plan for raising the rear? Those pipes do sound good.
