I LOVE Jesus Calling! I actually use the e-book version on my phone, which makes me never forget to do it. It has the verses right on it too. :)

What kind of bible do you use?

So happy I came across your channel I went to the book store and bought my very first bible and I was trying to find ways on how to do devotional and as I was going the book store Jesus is calling caught my eye but wasn't sure about it but know that I seen you video it gave me some really good ideas and will be buying Jesus is calling .... how do I remember what I read in the bible
Journaling is a GREAT way to do that, and then also to reread your journal entries at the end of each week :)

I buy my journals at any christian book store or TJ Maxx even! as for the Jesus Calling Devotional, that can be bought as an app, in a book store as a book, or online!

i started with favorite scripture index cards in my purse 30 years later I made a list in two journals now reviewing my scripture walk through my old study Bibles to see what scripture pops up from past studies my talent is inductive Bible study come naturally liberty University told me class credit for that class I felt this as quite a honor like beads on a necklace these years a bead one at time until recently now praise book in illustrated faith plus it together a end of season project completed once I review my three study Bibles because then my praise book complete to read as is adding deeper devotion your style I did 30 yrs u r off to a amazing start
I love this ❤️ I have tried Bible journaling, but I didn't like it as I'm not artsy either. I also didn't like using the tradition SOAP method, mainly because it's too structured for me and seems like I'm back in high school, which always puts me off. I've been doing this for about a while now and it's been perfect ❤️ thank you!
Thanks Sarah for your video and the info on morning quiet time. Besides what I do currently, I’m looking for a better outline with my morning devotion and journaling. I love how you distinguish your devotional from your thoughts about life. It’s organized and neat. About how long do you spend time in the mornings in prayer/devotional or do you make the two separate?

What Bible do you use?
I use NIV :) Specifically, the niv Real Life Devotional Bible for Women!
Mellissa Luque the ESV is a great version too. :)
How did you find a christian room mate?
We were already friends from college! But there's nothing wrong with living with others that may not necessarily share your same beliefs too..being a light is also great!

I prefer the morning as I am more alert rather in the evening I brain just shuts down at night but i like to use sometimes Abide app.
Have you heard of "My Utmost for His Highest" devotional by Oswald Chambers? It's not your typical devotional. God bless you.

1 to say that I am glad and happy that you share the best thing what someone can do in his life, to read and to study and most of all to live the Holy Bible.
This is exemplar, this is great, this is what Christ certainly whants that we to do.
the second maybe it will not sound nice but it is good if you read it also.
Your natural hair is given to you by God. I dont belive that you have to dye it to change that collor. In fact, not what I belive matters but what the Holy Bible tells. God bless you!
