Nice and lovely presentation!!! Next time do a presentation as well of how to engage your shoulders and not be on an open shoulder all the time. Engage them back muscles 🤪👍
Bend zee knees is a crucial instruction for becoming a rear wheel drive climber. If you try to climb with straight arms but also have straight legs, you go nowhere.
Did you know, walking on your legs is easier than on your hands!? Also, when going up stairs, it's easier to lift your legs up with your leg muscles, instead of pulling up your limp leg with your hands!!! :O
some of them are really situational i am not that bad nor good i normally do v5-6 and even in these difficulties i find some of those really situational like staying close to the wall is not always good you sometime need to get further for dynos and sometime you cant putt down your heel on smaller holds so you need to point
Solid demonstration of the size difference in the leg and arm. Very informative
Jk but good seeing you posting more again !
Lol, in case people forget ;)
As a newbie this was a very helpful video! The arm fatigue is so real, but my legs usually feel fine
As a woman and a runner, my leg muscles are much more developed than arm muscles. That my excuse
But also I have terrible climbing techniques 😂
Campusing has become one of my favorite climbing techniques

Thank you! Will do!
@@SendEdition you can use the beast maker book cover as an example 🤣🤪 I was shocked when I saw it.
How do you keep your hips close to wall and keep arms straight?
If you bend your knees and keep your weight low, you can keep your arms straight while keeping your hips close.
Drop your heels, but doesn't do that once. Because it's not more stable, unless you're standing on a slope.

Thats my problem, spending too much time in the gym makes me use my arms too much
It’s so different than the gym strength tho, 80% endurance
Most female climbers. Most men can pull themselves up with their arms.

TONS of people love it - you're not alone.
I’m girly gymrat lifter. Look forward to using my legs during bouldering.
But…but…I’m paralyzed!
"keep hips close to the wall" proceeds to keep hips away most of the time
Well you know what they say hips don't lie
Ba dum tss
it’s more keeping hips closer than shoulders, they don’t need to touch the wall, she’s demonstrating correctly
I'm trying to learn how to rock climb and this was really helpful
Never thought about pushing off the wall when there's no foothold, I'm very new to climbing so this was helpful ty
Awesome to hear that you found the tip useful! Keep climbing and having fun!

I am trying to do that for 2 days now 😅😂 I will learn it eventually
Oh wow Sara haha I don’t know how I came across this but you were my coach for BGB 1 back in February? I had no clue you had a channel haha
No way! That’s so cool! Glad you found me here-hope you're enjoying the videos!
campusing is superior
