Yes there was some chemistry but Rupaul and VH1 knew they needed something to make this season, one of the most boring in herstory, more interesting therefore had to spice up the ratings and bring on more drama for everyone involved. Vanjie’s story about how they talked at the hotel implies that production had not only let them communicate this way, but theyset these types of situations up on a daily basis. Production is heavily involved in every part of the show, including keeping both contestants until they could face off against each other towards the very end of the season, right before the finale. Think about it 💭.

lucasjuliuslux I agree that some situations were produced to keep the attention of the viewers, but I don’t think that you stay almost 6 months with someone staging a relationship that no one was aware of at the time it happened. It’s very clear that they really liked each other, specially Vanjie, but unfortunately it didn’t work out.
When did they break up? Their last ig pic together is from like 10 days ago :(
No they dated for 4 months after the production was over. They broke up around December, January. They’re not officially a couple since that, but they have been seem together a lot this year, so who knows what they have going on between them.
