How to paint Vans Mid sole (Unboxing Angelus paint)

Please don't judge my work, this is just to show you guys how i did it, and yes this is my first time.

Speaking from experience, and no I'm not that experienced... yet, I had a lot of trials and errors with painting the midsoles. The Angelus paint channel has a lot of tutorials but none about the midsoles. I found the method in the video not work for me as it chipped after a while. But, something that did work for me was using a bottle of adhesive promoter (for paint) before applying paint to the midsole. In turn, the paint did not chip at all... at least for now (7 months).

#1hero .. you should use an adhesion promoter before painting. And then after you can use a finisher. I don’t know about other brands but I use the Raleigh brand finisher

Be careful, acetone is very corrosive on leather, you can ruin the pair :/
