So true about the open big bar of choc - I prefer portioned packs too. Would love some recipe videos , really want to try your tomato & basil soup and your veggie curry or any SP recipes really :)

Hi congratulations on your amazing loss, my consultant said that 20 calls = 1 syn so if I saw those crisps 75 c for example I would give those a 41/2 syn count as a rough guide, why do sultanas have a syn value when they are fruit ? Keep up the good work x
I am around 150lbs looking to lose around a stone. But as I haven’t started from a very overweight place I’m finding it quite hard to lose the weight. What tips would you recommend for someone doing slimming world who only has about a stone to lose? x
Please can you do a video on being a vegetarian on SW (with tips, advice, etc.). I’m about to start slimming world again after trying (and failing) it before and I felt I struggled the most as Quorn was syn-ed kinda highly (this might have changed, I’m not sure). Thank you 💕
Just FYI, Bournville dark chocolate has a very low cocoa percentage, so it’s not really any better for you than milk chocolate. If you have the Lindt 70% dark chocolate, you have the benefit of dark chocolate because it’s proper dark chocolate.
Hey beaut! I didn't have all my syns each day when I was losing weight, this was just a personal preference as I really wanted to make a lifestyle change. This isn't 100% necessary and the plan is built that way to allow for syn usage! Find what works for you. I'm so glad I could help, thanks for your comment! Xx

Snack a jacks are literally the things that got me through my weightloss 😂 also, I found Pepsi max a god send when I needed a sweet fix!

smiplyirresistibel the women who run our groups tell us not to syn quorn so I never do and it seems to be working really well
