For Paneer Tempering :-
Oil 2 tbsp
Paneer 400 gm (cubed)
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
For Base Gravy :-
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bay leaf 2
Black peppercorns 10
Green cardamom 4
Clove 4
Cinnamon 1 inch
Kashmiri red chili (whole) 4-5
Cashews 15
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Ginger 2 inch
Green chili 2-3
Onion 2 sliced (medium)
Tomato 3
Coriander stem 2-3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Hot water (As required)
For Final Cooking :-
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chili 2
Onion 2 (chopped)
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tomato 2 (chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Green pepper 🫑 1 (chopped)
Base gravy (Add all)
Fresh cream 3-4 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Kasuri methi powder 1/2 tsp
Paneer grated 30 gm
Fresh coriander 1/2 cup

For extra soft paneer .... Fry it both sides and then hot water main namak dalkte kuch time rakh do...fir gravy main add kardo...try it
