Makita don't make them in the US. The US ones are made in China. I have heaps of videos on the 3 purple Japanese ones I have including looking at them on the inside. I also filmed another quick comparison video today of a 40v Japanese impact vs a 40v Chinese impact and... I think they are the same.
I did the homework so you don’t have to. The 125mm sings with the stock blade. Stick with the stock blade. I’m loving the 165mm and the “world model” 7-1/4” more. They both scream with a certain Italian blade.
This new line of 40v from Makita is super expensive in Canada. The 40v 7 1/4 inch saw with charger and 4 ah battery will set you back 669$ + tax = 769$ 😳😳😩😩
In Russia it's expensive tools too:) it's almost about 1k$ for any tool included two 4ah batteries, though construction workers usually get a bit less than 1k$ 🙀 so I'll keep 18v tools I'm happy that it cost not so much))
I knew people would make this comment. But it makes the main feature of the removable base useless for a right handed person then. This is a saw you need the blade on the right.
Bruh, stop being sick, you gotta catch up. You need to review the brush cutter, plunge cutting track saw, cooler/charger and (most importantly) the new tire inflators. Out of your own pocket, of course.
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL I feel like the 18v came out yesterday. Alas, there shall be a new one. It also has a matching (appears to be identical) XGT version. No metal circular saw, as of yet. Priorities. 😂

Our framing lumber is 48mm thick, so it wouldn't work I guess.
Nice! ❤🏋
when will mikita make a left blade one :(
This saws main feature doesn't work for a right handed person if the blade was on the other side.
🤯
I saw this kinda 125mm saw on 18v line on a japanese channel but it's never bought in my country or usa and it's super expensive but nice)
I want to buy one of the purple makita impact drill but im not sure if i want to get it because its sold only in japan and not in the U.S so can yall teach me anything
If you have a look in the description you will see links to buy purple Makita impact drivers from sellers in Japan through eBay that is where I got all of mine it's very simple and quick all of my stuff gets to me from Japan in a week.
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL are they better than the ones made in the U.S or are they like less reliable like do they last longer I really want to know before i buy one because I don’t know if I should trust it and wast 150$ on one
Makita don't make them in the US. The US ones are made in China. I have heaps of videos on the 3 purple Japanese ones I have including looking at them on the inside. I also filmed another quick comparison video today of a 40v Japanese impact vs a 40v Chinese impact and... I think they are the same.
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL thank you really appreciate that you actually respond
I did the homework so you don’t have to. The 125mm sings with the stock blade. Stick with the stock blade. I’m loving the 165mm and the “world model” 7-1/4” more. They both scream with a certain Italian blade.
What do you think about the 165 not having a front handle?
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL Quite frankly, I’m always clutching a speedsquare with my left hand because I can’t cut straight to save my sexual identity.
I just checked and the 7-1/4” Makita is the only saw I have with a front handle. I guess the XSH03 had one too.
that saw is supposed to be light, please don't give in to the 12Ah comment trolls ;)
400$ mate that cheap as chips I most tools cost more then that so I’ll probs get one
Made in Japan?
No. China
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL Do you know if there is a JDM/Made in Japan version?
No. These are made in China for the Japanese market.
B for Banana .......😎😂
This new line of 40v from Makita is super expensive in Canada. The 40v 7 1/4 inch saw with charger and 4 ah battery will set you back 669$ + tax = 769$ 😳😳😩😩
In Russia it's expensive tools too:) it's almost about 1k$ for any tool included two 4ah batteries, though construction workers usually get a bit less than 1k$ 🙀 so I'll keep 18v tools I'm happy that it cost not so much))
Check out the US price on their rotary hammers. We’re worse.
I said 125mm 18v saw, close lol
But no cigar.
They need to make this blade left…take my money
I knew people would make this comment. But it makes the main feature of the removable base useless for a right handed person then. This is a saw you need the blade on the right.
Check out the straight flush saw from cuz-d
maybe you can adapt with track saw with this model number makita 198673-2
So I got it right. It was a box
ALUMINYEUmM!
Bruh, stop being sick, you gotta catch up. You need to review the brush cutter, plunge cutting track saw, cooler/charger and (most importantly) the new tire inflators. Out of your own pocket, of course.
I haven't seen anything about new tyre inflators
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL I feel like the 18v came out yesterday. Alas, there shall be a new one. It also has a matching (appears to be identical) XGT version. No metal circular saw, as of yet. Priorities. 😂
Haha
number one
The chrome makes the machine look terribly cheap.
A-69026 ;-)
Еще бы двигатель не выпирал за подошву и просто цены бы ей не было !
Too bad the blade is on the wrong side
Too bad so many people can't work out that it needs to be that way with the removable base to cut against a wall for a right handed person.
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL a majority of carpenter will never need to cut against walls or cabinets. But it's the perfect saw for a lefty.
You would only buy this tool if you wanted that feature. Otherwise you would buy one of the other models without this feature like the HS007G or HS008G.
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL You're right. That does make sense. I guess it's cool Makita is putting so much into their R&D. Wish they could make some nailers that we're worth a crap now.
*WHEN YOU REMOVE THAT SECTION OF THE BASE. YOU STILL CANNOT GET UP TO A WALL AS MENTIONED. THE TOP BLADE CASING STILL SITS PROUD OF THE BLADE. PREVENTING BLADE FROM BEING FLUSH. SAFETY BLADE CASING WILL RUB THE WALL AND THUS PUSH BLADE OFF OF WALL.*
thats why the base tilts so you can cut flush with the wall. watch the whole video
@tratana tis guy is commenting on many of my videos in this fashion, with little knowledge of what he's talking about.
Stop shouting you twit.
number two? :-/
*OLD SCHOOL REMOVEABLE BASE. IF YOU ARE FAMALIAR WITH OLDER AMERICAN SAWS LOKE PORTER CABLE AND ROCKWELL. THE SHINY SILVER FULL METAL CASES. SAW BASES WERE MANUFACTURED "WITHOUT THAT EDGE" THE PART YOU REMOVED, BASES WERE ORIGINALLY MADE WITHOUT THAT SECTION. VERY INTERESTING TO SEE A NEW DAY MNFR GO BACK TO AN OLD SCHOOL, REALLY OLD SCHOOL DESIGN. YOU MAY WISH TO GO TO EBAY AND REVIEW THESE OLDER MODEL SAWS. THEY ARE BUILT LIKE, WOW, ALL METAL, PLASTIC NOTHING, EVEN CASES*
