It should be a simple page refresh. The old interface is cached in your browser. Try CNTRL + SHIFT + R. This will refresh the page without the chached (old) interface and show the new one

Good question! The SuperJoy is only turning on the Auto-Tracking feature for the new MOVE 4K cameras. You can add Auto-Tracking to your Gen2 cameras when the PTZOptics Camera Management Platform (CMP) is released next month. LINK: ptzoptics.com/cmp/
I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS , FIRST have a avkans PTZ auto tracking camera. Will this controller work for it? SECOND does this controller able to keep the moving subject in the center of the screen while panning left to right? Some controllers have a delay when the subject changes direction when walking . It seems like the camera don’t move smoothly with the subject it’s capturing to keep them in center screen at all times. Please respond

Great video! Am I able or is there anyway to switch between people for auto tracking? Say there are 3 people in the frame, how do we cycle through them to get the face of the person speaking/in focus tracked?
Hello Saad, Not currently. The only way to switch between people is by using the IR remote. The request to use the web interface/HTTP-CGI/Visca command is currently in feature requests.

We did the firmware update and still don't have enable toggle option. Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

Does the Hdmi out on the superjoy provide multiview display to see multiple camera positions simultaneously?
Hello, The HDMI out on the SuperJoy is Not a Multiview, just a single feed of the selected camera.
